We halen reizigers op in de hotellobby van hun hotels. Op de luchthaven wordt voor internationale vluchten opgehaald bij de Globe telecom-stand in Terminal 2. Voor binnenlandse vluchten wordt opgehaald bij Bays A & B bij terminal 1. De chauffeur kan alleen op de parkeerplaats wachten, u dient de chauffeur te bellen of een bericht te sturen zodra u buiten de terminal bent.

Francis provided an outstanding transport experience from start to finish. He arrived early, which immediately showed his professionalism and respect for our schedule. We had a fantastic experience with our private van transfer booked via Viator from our hotel in Cebu City to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Traveling with family, this service made our departure seamless.
They were very responsive via the Viator chat when I confirmed my flight info and asked some questions. Driver was communicative and picked me up on time. Van was really comfortable and spacious. This is my second time using the service and will definitely use them again.
Well worth booking after 16 hours of travel. Our driver Bernie was lovely and gave us lots of good tips for the local area. So glad we decided to book this as it was such a relief hopping into an air conditioned car after arriving!

The pickup from the hotel was timely, and the journey to the airport was comfortable. However, I’d recommend allowing extra time for traffic in Cebu as it can be unpredictable. Upon arrival at the airport, there was no transport provided to the plane, so passengers had to walk with their luggage. This wasn’t an issue for me as I only had a backpack, but it might be challenging for those with heavier luggage or mobility concerns.
Our expeience was disappointing. Our driver only provided us with his car registration plate number and expected us to find him. Having never been Cebu this was not a good way to start our time there.
On time pick up which made our travels easy! Booking with Viator is highly recommended for reliable travel.
The driver was very nice and he was a very good driver although he had to wait for me since my flight was delayed he was in a very good mood
