Verken de Inca-citadel van Machu Picchu tijdens deze kleine groepsreis vanuit Cusco, waarmee je alle logistiek aan de experts kunt overlaten. Al uw transfers, inclusief het ophalen van hotels en treinkaartjes van Ollantaytambo naar Aguas Calientes, zijn inbegrepen en u zult de door UNESCO beschermde Machu Picchu verkennen in het gezelschap van een gids die zijn geheimen zal onthullen.

We halen je om 06:30 uur op bij je hotel in Cusco en brengen je in ons privévervoer naar Ollantaytambo, een rit van ongeveer twee uur.
Bij aankomst in Ollantaytambo gaan we naar het treinstation om op de trein te stappen naar Aguas Calientes, de stad van waaruit u Machu Picchu bereikt. De treinrit van Ollantaytambo naar Aguas Calientes duurt ongeveer anderhalf uur.
Bij aankomst in Aguas Calientes om ongeveer 10.00 uur 's ochtends brengt onze geaccrediteerde Gids u naar het busstation, waar u de bus naar de citadel van Machu Picchu neemt. De busrit duurt ongeveer dertig minuten en u arriveert bij de ingang van Machu Picchu rond 11 uur 's ochtends.
Bij aankomst in Machu Picchu passeert u een controle, daarom raden wij u aan uw originele paspoort mee te nemen. Nadat u de controle heeft doorstaan, neemt onze geaccrediteerde gids u mee op een rondleiding door de citadel van Machu Picchu. Je bezoekt het landbouwgebied waar je landbouwterrassen of Andenes kunt zien, dit zijn bouwwerken die bestaan uit stenen muren van verschillende afmetingen. In het stedelijk gebied bezoekt u de sectoren Hurin of Heilige Ruimte en Hanan of Woonruimte. In de Heilige Sector vallen de Cover Group, de Tempel van de Zon, het Koninklijk Mausoleum, de Koninklijke Residentie, de Tempel van de Drie Ramen, de Hoofdtempel en de Intihuatana-groep op, die de hoogste plaats in de Heilige Ruimte inneemt. In de Woonsector zie je verschillende groepen terug, zoals de Condor Sector, Los Espejos de Agua (Los Morteros), Las Tres Portadas, Grupo Alto en Roca Sagrada. Nadat je al deze plaatsen hebt bezocht, neem je de bus terug naar Aguas Calientes. De reis duurt ongeveer dertig minuten.
U arriveert rond 13:00 uur in Aguas Calientes en heeft vrije tijd om te lunchen, te ontspannen in de thermale baden of de stad te verkennen. Je hebt ongeveer drie uur vrije tijd. Hierna keert u terug naar het treinstation om in te stappen op de trein van 18:20 uur.
Na een treinrit van ongeveer anderhalf uur kom je rond 20:00 uur aan in Ollantaytambo.
Bij aankomst in Ollantaytambo staat ons privévervoer klaar om u terug te brengen naar Cusco, waar u om ongeveer 21:30 uur aankomt.

A unique experience thanks to viajes speedy. Perfect organization of hotel pick-up at the bus and incarail train. A special thank you to Willian, our guide of this day who for two hours explained us a lot about the history of the site, the flora and fauna as well as some initiatives to help us take souvenir shots. We booked this trip at least 6 months in advance to ensure we secured a spot. The trip was well organised and the tour company stayed in touch with us from the point of booking all the way through to the end of the trip. The transport was also well organised, with a 3am taxi pick up from our hotel in Cusco to take us to Cusco station to get the bus to Ollantaytambo train station. This took about 2.5h before we boarded the train to Machu Picchu Pueblos station (Aguas Calientes) which took another 1.5h. Here we met the tour guide (Anthony) who accompanied us to the site on the 25m bus ride. All tickets were sorted in advance and provided electronically on WhatsApp. The tour of Machu Picchu (MP) took approximately 2h with Anthony taking us to all the key points on Circuit 2. This is the best circuit of the 3 available but we did not have the choice when booking so it turned out just fine. Anthony was well informed and provided a great insight into the history of the citadel and also was at hand to take the many many photos we wanted. The return journey took a lot longer and with a tight connection at Ollytantambo back to Cusco, we were worried about missing the bus however, it is clear that PeruRail own the trips and the bus waited until all passengers from the delayed train from MP arrived. A taxi was waiting for us at Cusco to take us back to the hotel, all included in the booking. A fabulous day for us and a bucket list item well and truly ticked. Thank you to Anthony and the tour company for making this a seamless tour and one for us to remember for a long time!

a shame, we paid for the excursion that promised us a refund, we finally cancelled, they ignored our messages and calls and never refunded us À FUÏRE!!!
agradecemos su comentario, pero estamos aqui para aclarar las cosas, desafortunadamente el viaje para machupicchu se planifica con mucho tiempo de anticipacion y para ello se debe comprar los boletos de ingreso a machupicchu , ticket de tren , ticket de bus y toda la logistica se hace con anticipacion y por esos motivos el pago es no reembolsable ya que la compañia de tren y los ingresos a machupicchu son no reembolsable entonces es facil de entender por que motivos es no reembolsable y lamentamos que no haya podido de llegar a hacer el tour por motivos personales que no pudo llegar y en consecuencia no hacer el tour. si yo hiciera el reembolso a mi quien me devuelve la plata con lo que se compro todos los boletos ya que esos boletos son intransferibles y no reembolsable
