Hoewel we ons uiterste best doen om ons te houden aan het schema hierboven vermeld, is dit reisschema onderhevig aan wijzigingen om tal van redenen buiten onze controle. Redenen waaronder incidenten op de locatie waar de reis zal worden uitgevoerd, stakingen, politieke geschillen, toegangs- of grensproblemen, extreem slecht weer, annuleringen van vluchten en andere onvoorspelbare of onvoorzienbare omstandigheden die buiten de redelijke controle van ons bedrijf vallen en wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor dergelijke wijzigingen of wijzigingen. In sommige gevallen kunnen deze voorwaarden ons verplichten om af te wijken van onze oorspronkelijke planning, in welk geval we de best beschikbare alternatieve opties zullen bieden. En we maken er een geweldige ervaring van! Er kunnen echter enkele extra uitgaven worden gedaan, deze extra uitgaven worden in hun geheel door de klant gedekt en niet door ons bedrijf. Tenslotte raden wij u aan uw reservering minimaal 3 maanden van tevoren te maken.

Om voldoende tijd te hebben om te genieten van het prachtige Machu Picchu, halen we je vroeg in de ochtend op bij je hotel in Cusco per privéauto richting Ollantaytambo om een vroege trein te halen. De reis naar Aguas Calientes, de stad aan de voet van Machu Picchu, duurt ongeveer 2 uur per privé-auto van Cusco naar Ollantaytambo en vervolgens 2 uur met de trein van Ollantaytambo naar Aguas Calientes. Dat zijn 4 uur gevuld met ontspanning terwijl je geniet van het adembenemende landschap van Peru. Als je eenmaal in Aguas Calientes bent aangekomen, halen we je meteen op en nemen we een bus naar het heiligdom van Machu Picchu. Zodra we aankomen, zullen we je trakteren op een eerste klas rondleiding om je vragen over de site, het leven en de cultuur van de eenmalige bewoners te ontdekken en beantwoorden. We besteden een prachtige 2 ½ uur aan het verkennen van de ruïnes en wijzen op suggestieve historische feiten over de Inka die je een hernieuwde waardering zullen geven voor de mensen die hier ooit hebben gelopen. Na de rondleiding geeft de gids je aanwijzingen over het vertrek van de trein, zodat je reis terug naar Cusco comfortabel en zonder ongemak is. Maak je geen zorgen; je hebt ruim de tijd om de ruïnes van Machu Picchu op eigen houtje te verkennen en rond te dwalen. Wanneer je terugkomt in Cusco, halen we je op van het treinstation en brengen we je terug naar je hotel, geïnspireerd, verlicht en tevreden.

Fantastic experience with Noah at Machu Picchu! Noah was an incredible and highly knowledgeable guide. He structured our day perfectly, even giving us time to eat at the tap room in town before we took the bus up for the tour. Machu Picchu requires a lot of walking, and we really appreciated that he gave us time to rest between stair climbs. He also knew the absolute best spots for breathtaking pictures! To top it off, he gave us excellent recommendations for our upcoming trip to Cusco. Highly recommend booking with Noah!

I did several tours with the agency Discover Inca Planet and the truth is that the experience was spectacular. All guides are very educated and know the history and geography with place and their knowledge conveys them with great passion. In addition, everyone speaks English, which is perfect for those who are not fluent in Spanish. I commend this agency for its responsibility, commitment and great service.

The Machu Picchu tour was an amazing experience, very well organized from transportation to the entrance to the sanctuary. The guide provided clear and enriching explanations about Inca history and culture, which made the visit even more special. The logistics were punctual and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the tour without worries.
Abraham was our guide at Machu Picchu. The great thing about Abraham being our guide was that he literally takes care of every detail and just told us when and where to be. He navigated all of the travel issues and communication on our behalf. Abraham was always attentive, relatable, responsive and adaptive to the needs of our group. It seemed like he could sense what a particular individual needed or could derive it from conversation. He would then seamlessly interact with them on a highly personalized level. He was available 100% of our stay even when the day was over and we were at the hotel or out and about roaming the city. He was highly interactive with us, teaching us card games, helping us with selecting good restaurants to eat at (Morena Peruvian Kitchen and DWasi Coffee Shop), and prevented those in our group from purchasing mislabeled textiles and fake goods. Also, when one of our members came down the WaynaPicchu Mountain, he learned she had a fused ankle and heel bone so he lent his arm and hand to stabilize her entire decent down the mountain. He was willing to answer all of our questions even if they were asked multiple times. When he learned that another member was interested in animals, he gave specific information about the animals.
The place is exceptional but with the accompaniment of the guide Noah we could enjoy it in all its glory because Noah is a professional with extensive knowledge and great professionalism.
