My teenager and I had a great time making a venetian mask. However, we didn't realize that this was not in the main part of Venice when we booked this. However, it is a short boat ride.
We booked this through Get your guide, we were so excited about it and had planned our whole day around it, given that the workshop is a bit out of the way. We had to hang around for an hour waiting for it to start. no one there, phoned and were told that the workshop had been cancelled. This is not acceptable, it ruined our day.
It was lots of fun. A family of 6 and all ages. We all had a great time . The masks turned out great and we all left happy.
We were able to be as simple or detailed as we wanted with designing our masks - which were very durable and high quality! The facilitators were fun and helpful throughout the session. Highly recommend this workshop!
It was a really wonderful experience. It was in a really nice place and had a very good environment. Totally worth the try.
I’m waiting for the refund. This date was changed and communication was confusing. Artist stated he would refund . This was cancelled by the artist.

Making a Venetian mask was a memorable experience for our kids. The tour guide was gracious and helpful. I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing activity for all ages. It’s a small group so you feel well taken care of.
