The weather conditions were incredibly unsafe thunder, lightening and heavy wind where multiple people did not attend on the boat after us. We felt unsafe to board and were told we could not get a refund or a reschedule. The captain did not explain why conditions were safe or why there was no reason for us to not go on the water. I have contacted upper management- unless I receive a message back and this has been rectified, this review will stand as a warning.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that weather can be concerning, and we respect that every guest must make the decision they feel is best for their group. Safety is always our top priority. Our USCG-licensed captains continuously monitor marine weather and radar before every departure. While lightning may sometimes be visible in the distance, it does not necessarily indicate unsafe conditions at our location. On the evening of your cruise, the captain determined conditions were safe to operate, and both of our sunset cruises departed and returned safely without incident. Because the cruise operated as scheduled, our standard cancellation policy applied. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best.
We booked the Motunui Private Charter for my 60th birthday, and the crew was absolutely fantastic! They really set the tone for the cruise and helped with all the catering. The bartender was awesome; she tended the bar while managing my playlist, and everything turned out great. They did an amazing job! I recommend 100%.
Well organized... Great crew on board A lots of fun! Make sure get sits on the front of the catamaran to get a better Wiews.

This was our 3rd time in 3 months, and last night was disappointing. The bar was not stocked with options of beverages as the last 2 times. And, our travel route was not as fun as the 2 times before. Thankfully, the sunset was beautiful. It was the first time we brought our friends, and they felt it was the last of the season attempt. Disappointed. Will still recommend because we thoroughly enjoyed the first 2 times.

Sunset cruise was enjoyable, the staff were great, friendly, energetic and helpful getting on and off the boat. Seeing fireworks heading back was a bonus and the music was good for this type of cruise. Thanks for a good time!

The boat was not overly crowded so everyone had plenty of room. Crew was pleasant. Music was good. We pre-ordered food and beverage and it was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves .
Excellent mood setter. Enjoyed the scenery. Loved the boat ride, only negative would be more comfortable seating. Overall GREAT experience!
