- Mensen die niet komen opdagen voor het inchecken worden niet terugbetaald.
- In geval van snel veranderende slechte weersomstandigheden en meeromstandigheden is het mogelijk dat het niet mogelijk is om de Maori Rock Carvings te bekijken, deze beslissing wordt genomen naar goeddunken van de schipper voor de gezondheid en veiligheid van iedereen aan boord van het schip
- Laat het ons van tevoren weten als u medische problemen heeft. De schipper heeft het laatste telefoontje bij het inchecken om te beslissen of de reis geschikt is vanwege medische problemen vanwege gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

This was one of the best activities we did in New Zealand while on vacation. The tour is about 2.5hrs which includes going to the carvings, stopping for a swim stop and then back to the dock. It is a surreal experience - the photos you get are amazing and the guides are very informative. You also get a free drink on board. Just make sure to take a jacket as the winds can be pretty rough.
