An Unforgettable Journey Through Ancient Egypt – Thanks to Poula! We had the pleasure of touring Egypt with our guide, Poula, during our family trip in December 2024 and January 2025, and I can honestly say he made our experience unforgettable. Traveling with my wife and child, we were looking for someone who was knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, and Poula exceeded all of our expectations. He guided us through the incredible sites of Luxor, including the magnificent temples, the Valley of the Kings, and many other historic landmarks, bringing thousands of years of history to life with fascinating stories and detailed explanations. We spent three wonderful days in Luxor with Poula as our tour guide, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Poula was exceptional, not only as a knowledgeable guide who provided fascinating and detailed insights into Luxor's rich history, but also as someone who helped us organize our entire stay. From picking us up at the airport over organizing a hot air balloon trip to arranging our transfer to Marsa Alam at the end of our trip, he made everything seamless and stress-free. Together with Poula (and Nana), we visited the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Queens, the Valley of the Workers, the Colossi of Memnon, the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, and the magnificent Karnak Temple. At every site, Poula shared detailed historical background and not only showed us the famous highlights but also many hidden gems that most visitors would likely miss without such an experienced guide. We had an amazing time in Egypt! Shady our guide and his company was outstanding from the moment we contacted them until they dropped us off at our final destination. After doing some in depth research the seamless thing to was to book a guide and drivers to handle everything for us. Even being established travellers who always do our own thing we had our parents join us and decided to make it easier for them and it was definitely the right decision. Stress free. We had a fantastic experience with our guide! We got picked up at our hotel and had a driver who took us to Valley of the King, the Hatshepsut temple and the Medinet Habu. Poula our guide explained everything clearly and we had a very relaxed experienxe with him while he let us explore the Temples. We had the option to book everything, including admission tickets through them, but we booked the tickets ourselves. Overall, a very pleasant and informative experience with Poula!
