A fantastic desert adventure with stunning views, fun activities, and great hospitality. Truly unique and unforgettable experience.
Desert Safari Club is a complete rip-off. This company survives on false promises and misleading descriptions. What they advertise online is nothing like the actual experience. Once they take your money, they stop caring entirely .Activities were either missing, rushed, or downgraded, and suddenly everything turns into a paid “upgrade.” This is a classic bait-and-switch scam targeting tourists who don’t know better. Even basic service and hospitality were missing. The organization was chaotic, the staff were unhelpful, and complaints were brushed off like they didn’t matter. Instead of enjoying the desert safari, we spent the whole time feeling frustrated and cheated. This was not a luxury experience , it was a tourist trap designed to squeeze extra money from guests. I regret booking with them and strongly warn others to stay away. There are many honest safari operators in Dubai , this is NOT one of them. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Experience beyond the border, diving into this desert was fabulous, it almost seemed to fly in this off-road with the sand that sometimes covered the car, really too beautiful, my wife and I would do it a thousand times. see you soon thanks team

i had a lot of enjoyed with with family 2 adults and 2 children. picked up on time & especially thanks to driver Imran, he was such a great person & best Guide. we ride the bike over there, which is a little expensive & overall the team is friendly, great service provider.
Absolutely terrible tour operator to deal with. We had booked with Viator for a 1 PM pickup at our hotel, with the tour additional info stating "this is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate." 1 PM comes an and goes with no word from the operator. Eventually I find their WhatsApp number and reach out to let them know we are waiting, they respond the driver is on their way. Okay, not a problem. The driver then messages that they are picking up the other guests that are riding with us first -- I mentioned the listing said it was private, and they told me I should have paid more if I wanted it private. Okay, not really a big deal if others are in the car but not a great start. Then they say they'll pick us up at 3 PM -- two hours after the advertised start time! When I mention that we had changed plans based on a 1 PM start time they replied "how sad bro." Around 2 PM they said they could change their plans and eventually pick us up first. Considering how bad traffic is at this time in Dubai, this implied they still would not arrive for likely an hour -- but also means they had lied, and were not already picking up other guests at 1 PM. So, even if picked up we would be sitting in a car for two more hours picking up the other guests before even heading to the desert. Given that the operator had already lied multiple times and insulted us, and if we proceeded we would be stuck out in the desert with them and no means of leaving, we decided it was best for our own safety to not proceed. We asked for a refund and the operator ignored us, insisting the driver was on their way to pick us up. They never arrived. So, I can't comment on how the actual experience in the desert is but I strongly warn everyone to avoid this operator entirely.

It’s really nice & wonderful experience out there. Everyone should plan this specially when you are traveling with your friends or family.
It’s worth the price also the driver was so professional while dune bashing really amazed by his skills everything else was also good highly recommend these guys
One of my favourite activity in Dubai Extremely fun day and I recommend to anyone to do it . Everything was included It was such a lovely and unforgettable trip .
