Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Wij bieden pick-ups van alle hotels in Rhodos eiland. Transferservice is beschikbaar tegen een kleine extra toeslag, die afhankelijk is van hoe ver uw hotel zich bevindt (zichtbaar tijdens het afrekenen). Het omvat beide manieren : pick-up van uw hotel, en na de reis drop off terug. Selecteer tijdens het boeken een optie die het gebied dekt waar uw hotel zich bevindt. Bijvoorbeeld : als u in Faliraki verblijft, selecteert u de optie "Ophalen : Faliraki, Ialyssos". ❓ Wat als mijn hotel niet op de lijst staat? Geen zorgen! We halen op van bijna overal in Rhodos. A highlight of our trip to Rhodes, including for our 5 and 7 year olds! Symi is beautiful and the swim stop at St. George’s Bay is pretty incredible. Definitely worth the trip. We added on the transfer to/from our hotel and everything was smooth and punctual. The Half Price Tours staff even proactively offered to drove us back to our hotel immediately after getting off the boat back in Rhodes, rather than having us wait about 20 minutes for the others who were also heading back to our hotel, as they knew we had kids who would likely be exhausted after a long day. Highly recommend!
In my opinion not worth the price. 198 USD /2 people. I think you can just book the more cheap versions of this trip, or if you want a real luxurious version then maybe just buy the catamaran trips which are only around 20€ more expensive than this one. I don’t think the high price is offering more than the cheaper version- still a doll boat, still full, it is definitely not just an hour trip (1.5 to 2 h actually) and the boat does not go close enough to reach the beautiful turqoise water from near shore, which should be announced before booking the trip, I thought we would stop closer to the beach. On the positive side, the staff was very professional and the pickup worked perfectly. Customer service is attentive and helpful.
The boat is okay, but far from luxurious. The seating is very cramped. There was a line to swim in the bay - typical mass processing. The crew was nice. We were also clearly on the road for longer than 1 hour of travel time. However, the island is really very beautiful.
Thank you for your feedback. While we do understand that the term "luxury" everyone understands differently, but this boat costs around 3 million euros, and is a brand new boat, and the most luxurious one that travels from Rhodes to Symi. So it is a very big upgrade comparing with other boats. The price-wise it is also priced very decently, and having in mind the fuel prices and the distance to Symi (which is a quite far), it is a great value for money. The full season is a full season in Rhodes, and having in mind that we have over 4 million of tourists every season, and Symi is a top attraction while visiting Rhodes, all the boats are working under full capacity. Happy to hear that overall you enjoyed it and everything went well! Though I would disagree that this experience and friendly crew are worth only two starts, but I guess everyone to his own expectations. Enjoy your holidays!
Definitely not 'luxury'. We were packed in like sardines with people pushing and shoving while cheaper options were departing half empty.
Great from start to finish, really easy to book and helpful staff in the office and on the boat, would definitely recommend.
Very very very long day. The boat was absolutely jam packed - definitely over 100 people, so you were fighting to get a seat. The journey was also very long (approx 1.5 hours each way). When you get to Symi, it is beautiful, but there is really not much to do apart from going for lunch. You definitely do not need 3 whole hours on the island. The swim stop was also not the best.. you had to queue to get into the sea because the boat was just way too full.. and then queue to get back onto the boat when you were finished in the sea. It would also make more sense to stop after Symi instead of before, so you do not arrive onto the island damp and wet. The island was beautiful and the your company Half Price Tours were very friendly but I don’t think I would recommend this trip.
Lovely day out, Symi island is stunning and well worth the trip and swimming at St George’s Bay is stunning, the boat was nice however wouldn’t describe it as luxury and the trip there and back to Symi was longer than an hour as per description
Had an amazing day at Symi Island. Brilliant communication, straight forward transfers and kept us up to date with where to go & meet! They even messaged me on WhatsApp as I accidentally put my wrong email address in & sent me the confirmation via WhatsApp. They answered all questions I had! Was cheap for what we experienced! Was plently of room on the boat for everyone and wasn’t cramped like I’ve seen other boats! Would definitely recommend it 100%
