Om een uitstekende service te coördineren, raden we u aan om rekening te houden met het verzoek van de luchtvaartmaatschappij om ten minste 2,5 uur van tevoren op de luchthaven te zijn, rekening te houden met deze tijd bij het reserveren van uw ophaalservice bij het hotel, en de reis van uw hotel naar de luchthaven op te tellen. van Cancun die we in 45 minuten schatten. Upon landing, they sent a message to confirm if we had luggage, but unfortunately, I missed their message as I didn't think they needed any more information. When I reached the designated meeting point, they did not have a sign displayed. Thankfully, I watched their helpful instructional videos beforehand, which made it easier for me to identify them by their uniform. The car arrived about 10 minutes after I reached the meeting point, as they had delayed it in case we needed to wait for luggage. I would recommend checking your phone and ensuring you have mobile data upon landing, as I mistakenly believed I had provided all necessary information prior to my flight, and they didn't ask for further details that morning. The car was spacious and very comfortable. Our driver, Juan Daniel, was friendly and professional. We were offered cold towels, beers, and water in an icebox. Onboard Wi-Fi was available, and the music selection was perfect for our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this car service for anyone traveling to or from Cancun airport.

This is our 3rd time using STP and it is absolutely fantastic! The first 2 times we booked through Viator, this last we booked directly through them! Our driver today was Moisés, he was on time, the car was clean and beautiful, he offered us beer and water and even offered to let us play our own music!! Although we are sad to leave beautiful Mexico, Mousés has made going back to the airport a fun time!! Thank you so much!!

We booked a round trip from Cancun airport to Playa Mujeres. Both drivers were absolutely great and transfers were hassle free. Wilbert Estrella on our return journey was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend and we will book again when we return.
