- Sedan: Max 2 personen 1 zak medium bagage per persoon
- Minivan: Vanaf 3 personen 1 tas medium bagage + één stuk handbagage per persoon
- De tijd die u selecteert tijdens het boekingsproces is slechts indicatief. De chauffeur houdt uw vlucht in de gaten en komt aan op basis van de werkelijke landingstijd. De vlucht wordt gevolgd in geval van zowel vroege aankomsten als vertragingen. Vanaf het moment van landing is er een maximale wachttijd van 60 minuten. Het is belangrijk om uw telefoon toegankelijk te houden, zodat u via WhatsApp met de chauffeur kunt communiceren.
- Met betrekking tot de minivan, prijzen voor maximaal 6 passagiers zijn inclusief een 6 - zits minivan.

The overall experience was good. The driver was waiting for us with a sign that had our names on it. He helped us with our bags and was attentive to having A/C on as he drive us to the city center. (We traveled on a very hot day in the summer). We would book again.
A super smooth experience. He was waiting for us at arrivals with a sign, the car was in perfect condition, he was so friendly and polite.
Driver got here over an hour before my appointment time and then left without us. We were told they got here when the flight arrived it took over an hour to get though border control.

Unfortunately, airport issues and procedures are not our responsibility. But we understand that in some cases it's problematic. We don't wait to the minute, and if we can wait a little longer, we'll gladly do so. The problem is that on some days there are many services, and out of respect for all other customers, we are forced to make sure we don't arrive late for the next customer. The vendor does not communicate well. Said driver would contact me after landing FCO. I informed them we had landed and heard nothing. They never designated a meeting spot - FCO has two exits at terminal 1 - we eventually found driver ourselves. Taxi is about one third the price - fixed currently at 55 Euros and easier, less costly.

They ask for Flight Number, etc. but when ithe flight was late and clearing entry took 2 hours they said they would not wait and would require extra charges and took no responsibility to know what was going on at the airport.

As specified in our terms, services provided from 10:00 PM onwards are considered nighttime transfers and involve an additional charge, as do services on public holidays. Your flight was originally scheduled to arrive at 10:25 AM, but it was later changed, and you informed us that the new arrival time would be 10:45 PM. We confirmed our availability for the updated schedule; however, we also informed you that, as this would be a nighttime service, an extra fee would apply. Additionally, the waiting time included in the service is 60 minutes from the moment the flight lands. In your case, the waiting time exceeded 2 hours, which resulted in an additional charge for the extended waiting period. This delay was not due to our organization. We would also like to point out that the driver had another service scheduled with other clients. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied, but we would like to assure you that we always operate in accordance with the stated terms and with the utmost care for our customers.
