Order a van so we could carry our luggage and so we can have plenty of room to sit. Instead we got a small car that couldn’t hold all our luggage plus the 3 of us had to squeeze in the back set

If the information about the amount of luggage provided at the time of booking was incomplete or inaccurate, this may have affected the vehicle assignment. We were picked up by a luxury car, roomy for our 4 luggages. The driver was prompt and courteous, the car smell super clean. His driving was smooth and no bumps on a rainy day that we got picked up.

The car did not meet our flight. When we called to ask what had happened, the company offered to send a car two hours later.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Our driver was present at the airport at the scheduled pickup time, however your flight arrived significantly delayed. Airport pickups include a standard waiting time, after which we offered to send another vehicle as soon as possible. We understand the frustration of a delayed journey, and we regret we could not better accommodate the situation.
The ride was not waiting for us at the Airport. Tried contacting them but no response. Had to take a taxi.
Our transfer below did not show up at the airport yesterday. We looked and waited for at least 45 minutes. No one called us or wrote us. We tried to call the company. No answer. We were not happy. I now wonder if the same thing will happen next week for our wine tour booked with your company from Sienna. I expect that you will provide a full reimbursement of the cost of the airport transfer.
Everything went as planned. Driver excellent. Would use you again if there is an opportunity in the future
The woman driver was AWFUL! I ordered 2 cars with separate reservations. The lady told me I was lying and gave me the worse attitude. She said she was the only driver for the company. She then said hold on and had us waiting for 20 minutes. When I asked her what was happening she said she doesn’t know. About 10 minutes later another driver came with a sign with my name on it and they spoke and laughed. I personally believe this woman was so terrible because she saw a group of 14 black people because she was extremely pleasant with everyone else who was not black.
