Ontmoetingspunt: Het ontmoetingspunt op de luchthaven van Pisa (PSA) Galileo Galilei is buiten de aankomsthal, waar de chauffeur wacht met een welkomstbordje met de naam die bij de boeking is opgegeven. Als je wordt opgehaald bij de Bagni di Pisa in Largo Shelley, San Giuliano Terme, een privé-adres of een hotel in de stad Pisa, dan staat de chauffeur bij het huisnummer dat bij de reservering is opgegeven. Ongemak: In het geval dat het ontmoetingspunt de luchthaven is en je je aansluiting mist, niet op tijd kunt komen en weet dat je erg laat zult aankomen, zal de chauffeur tot 60 minuten na je aankomsttijd wachten. Na deze tijd mag hij vertrekken en wordt de dienst beschouwd als een "no show". Het is daarom essentieel om tijdig te communiceren met onze klantenservice, zodat we de service kunnen aanpassen en een positieve ervaring kunnen garanderen, zelfs in het geval van onvoorziene gebeurtenissen. Finally got back to Florence after 7 years, so this applies to new travellers and those who hadn’t been for a while. Again, bought 2 return tickets – now 4 x the price as last time -, for the Sky Bus to Florence centre the lady in the airport booth confirmed. But the coach only went as far as Guidoni on the outskirts of Florence. We were then told that was the end of the line. Luckily the driver took us to where we had to go to buy tickets to get a tram the rest of the way into the centre of Florence. The tram journey only took around 15-20 minutes, but was a concern, assuming the bus would be dropping us off at the Santa Maria Novella Station as before. Course if you look on the net it tells you plenty about the T2 Tram from Guidoni to Firenze, so probably our own fault. It wasn’t until we had bought the return T2 tram tickets back to Guidoni that we looked at the bus ticket we had been sold, and this probably also included the cost of the T2 Tram. But poor communication at the Airport Booth didn’t explain this. Got there and back eventually. This T2 tram goes directly to Florence Airport, so may now be a better option than Pisa if ever go back.

The trip was easy and the driver made the trip all the better. We couldn't have been more pleased with the vehicle as it was clean and comfortable. The driver met us on time and whisked us to Florence. This was a very good transfer.
