Well worth the money from the collection from our hotel, the delicious buffet ood, the length and areas visited by the yacht and the entertainment on board.
I had a chance of experiencing Dessert Safari with Mr. Khuram. He was our guide for the whole day. This was such a wonderful wxperience, we have enjoyed a lot on the whole trip with him. Thank you team for making this happen

One of the worst cruise dinner experiences ever. We opted for the VIP option just to have peace of mind, but it turned into a nightmare. 1) They advertised valet service for VIP tickets, but it was not available. There wasn't even a valet in the parking area. We searched for 15 minutes without success. They also claimed that parking could be validated, but when I asked five different crews on the boat, including security, nobody had any clue how to do that. I ended up paying 15 euros for parking upon checkout. 2) At one point, a drunk individual jumped onto the deck of the boat, and there was no security in sight. It took 10-15 minutes for a security guard to arrive, but he couldn't manage to bring the person back on board. Despite the commotion, no action was taken by the crew. Eventually, people from the VIP section had to talk to the individual and bring him back on board. 3) As the evening progressed, chaos erupted, and a few intoxicated individuals started fighting, slapping, and hitting each other. It was extremely unpleasant, and once again, there was no serious intervention from the crew. 4) The food quality was also disappointing. We waited for 40 minutes, but nobody approached us. When we finally went to pick up something to eat, almost everything was finished, and whatever was left was cold. In short, I would not recommend this cruise. We even tried the VIP option, but it was a terrible experience.
No one called us for the parking if some one booked with us we always called them and explain them they can Park at marina Mal mall for free of charge there no any extra charges vip package u booked directly with the boat not with us there is international Buffett is there it's on sharing basis we cannot put the food as per guest choice
Where do I begin? 🤔🤔 although I have ordered the boat with the pick up and paid premium for pick up part, they forgot about me and never came to hotel, so after 30 min wait I took a taxi instead so not to loose the trip. I have asked for partial return but that question was avoided. Upon arrival, no signs or anything telling you where to access but hey, i seen a pic of boat so waited outside, when checking in, I was advised that my name was not even on the list, perhaps viator does that sometimes, charges you but forgets to tell the boat owner as ir fits 100s people so 2 more won't make a difference, so they sent me from check up point to other until they run out of check up points only to find out that I'm not on the list, glad I had email confirmation so after 30 min checking they decided to let me in. Now the boat - boat like a boat, but no where near 7 star, 3 at the most, however, the dubai evening views from it are 7*, so for those who was going to propose like some did, look for better options. Buffet - food was nice, i guess just like other buffet restaurants.
