Alle kennis die is gespecialiseerd in wijnen die we in de loop der jaren hebben verzameld, wordt weerspiegeld in de fijne selectie van wijnhuizen voor een unieke ervaring. Bij aankomst bij de eerste wijnmakerij krijgen we een rondleiding door de faciliteiten terwijl we meer te weten komen over de productiemethode, de geschiedenis van de wijnmakerij en de belangrijkste kenmerken en details. De wijnmakerij werd opgericht in 1930 en werd in 1998 volledig gerecycled toen het werd overgenomen door de familie Altieri. Het is uitsluitend gewijd aan de productie van hoogwaardige wijnen, gerijpt op eikenhout, in speciale batches flessen opgeslagen in ondergrondse kelders. Al hun wijnen zijn 100% natuurlijk en “krijgen de zorg die aan een kunstwerk wordt besteed.” RESERVERINGEN ZIJN ONDERHEVIG AAN DE BESCHIKBAARHEID VAN DE WIJNMAAT. ALS HET NIET BESCHIKBAAR IS, WORDT HET VERVANGEN DOOR EEN ANDERE WIJNMAAT IN DEZELFDE REGIO.

Tot slot komen we aan bij het derde wijnhuis, waar we van een lunch genieten, vergezeld van hun wijnen! De lunch duurt naar schatting 3 uur. Marcelo is more than a great driver with a super comfortable car, but also an excellent tour guide and a very friendly person who became our friend. It was a very happy choice we made and when we return to Mendoza will be our guide of always for sure.

The experience was very nice, we went to a two different wineries, s bigger one a more boutique one, and then had lunch at a third one. My guide Felipe was very nice, explained everything, gave some tips.
10 out of 10! We had a wonderful time with Marcelo on our wine tasting day and I would highly recommend him for a wine tasting experience in Mendoza. He is hugely knowledgable and very friendly. I communicated with him via email first and he sent over many options including lots of bodegas. We narrowed it down to three and confirmed a date. He was readily available to communicate before we met him via WhatsApp which was great in terms of confirming timings for the day. He was prompt to collect us for 8.30. He helped us with our stuff and had a car seat ready for us as we were taking our baby along. He was very chatty and giving us all sorts of information during the drive to the uco valley. We were a bit late leaving due to us and Marcelo was even able to make the time up and get us to arrive bang on time. We didnt feel at all rushed . He had planned the whole day wonderfully. The first bodega was in a beautiful setting, gorgeous mountains, luscious green all around, set in the desert. Incredible! We visited two more bodegas and had lunch at the last one. This one also included a bonus art gallery. He speaks very good English and is a fab guide! If you’re in Mendoza and looking for a great, friendly, knowledgable driver then look no further. Marcelo is your man!
This private tour is so nice. We could choose three wineries and spend at our own pace. We visited Lagarde, Benegas Lynch and Clos the Chacras. Our tour guide was Marcelo. He is a great person. He has a lot of knowledge about wine and the town. He told us a lot during driving. We had a lot fun. If we have a chance to go to Mendoza again, we would like to choose a private tour and Marcelo!!
I absolutely loved my tour with Marcelo. He was very knowledgeable, he grew up in this region and had tons of things to share. We thoroughly enjoyed his company. As for the three wineries we visited, I fell in love with all of them. Everything went way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you book them and try it out for yourself.
