PSYCHOLOGISCH VOORDEEL Luchtyoga helpt je emotioneel systeem te herbouwen, ruimt de geest op en verlicht stress vanwege de meditatieve staat. Je vertrouwt en ontwikkelt je eigen vaardigheden. FLEXIBILITEIT: Aerial yoga helpt je om vrijer te bewegen, met minder inspanning, door de zwaartekracht tegen te gaan. Opschorting in de lucht maakt spanning op de botten en spieren los, vergroot de flexibiliteit en verdiept uw oefeningen. Verhoogt de spinale en schouderflexibiliteit. HEALT BACK-PROBLEMEN: het geeft je de kans om vrij te hangen, waardoor je wervelkolom langer wordt. Met minder druk op je rug tijdens het doen van de oefeningen, verlicht het de spanning in het ruggenmerg. GEWELDIGE STEM: Krijgt je adrenalinegehalte hoog terwijl je tegen de zwaartekracht in gaat. I started visiting this yoga studio six years ago, and now I’m happy to be a part of it. It’s been a wonderful experience! Aerial yoga is an amazing form of exercise — it builds flexibility and strength while also offering deep relaxation and a sense of lightness and joy. It’s like 2-in-1… or even more! Absolutely recommended! 💫
We had a great time doing the aerial yoga! The instructor was great, friendly and a great teacher! We had no yoga experience but still ended up hanging upside down! 100% recommend!

Took a few aerial joga classes there and it was a great experience. The outdoor location of the Aerial Yoga School adds an extra layer of tranquility to the practice. Teacher is really engaged in class, pays a lot of attention to the students and provides helpful tips.
I have had two weeks of educational leave here, and it was a great choice. Daniela and Hardy are great yoga teachers (physically and spiritually). Personally I preferred the burn out module because it was more structured thus it will be easier for me to implement my learnings into practice. Overall a perfect combination of active, more peaceful and flying yoga styles. In addition to important discussions about stress perception.
5 wonderful, intense days spent on educational leave with you. Perfect organization. Yoga sessions for both professionals and absolute beginners. Lots of variety in the units. Daniela and Hardi are just great. Tip: make sure to book breakfast

It was a great time and a very good experience. Aerial yoga was something completely new for me. The facility was outside, so you could enjoy the great weather. I hope I can do this again sometime, thanks to Daniela and Hardy. Joanna
What a great week with Hardy and Daniela. After a long time, I finally had the opportunity to return to my favorite place for yoga and personal growth. At Aerial Yoga I tried everything that is not possible on Earth. Deep stretches and strength exercises with ease. Hardy is a gifted teacher who accompanies the students very personally with a lot of knowledge in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. There, boundaries are set and completely new possibilities of self-experience are explored. And all this playfully and in beautiful outdoor surroundings on the terrace. Daniela’s Vinyasa lessons are just as great, a flow that flies by and takes body and mind with it. The shared breakfast, as always, selected, delicious and healthy. Thematic theory lessons with meditation exercises on stress management rounded off the program. I'll be back, no question. A big thank you to Hardy and Daniela!
