This made our arrival in Paris so easy and stress free. We had three kids and bags to juggle. Could not have been happier with the decision to book the van. Our driver was kind, efficient and professional. The car was beautiful, clean and cool - which was great given a July heatwave. Our family was quiet after a long flight with little sleep. It was a great way to transition into Paris.

He communicated well, sent text to ask where we were, and was very helpful with our luggage. Car was very nice- colored lights on ceiling and around the top of the doors.

Excellent service in every way! Our driver Abdel was punctual and very professional, easy to find outside the baggage hall with a clear name board. Also helpful with our baggage. Very clean and roomy Mercedes van, and Abdel was a careful and safe driver in Paris traffic. I recommend this private transfer service (and Abdel!) highly. Top marks!

No one showed up at the airport. Nobody called me or leave me a message. Terrible service provided by this company.
We sincerely apologize for the situation and for the inconvenience caused. At the moment, we are still unable to reach the driver, and we are genuinely concerned that something may have happened to him. We understand your frustration, but we respectfully cannot agree that this represents poor service from our side. Unfortunately, in transportation, unexpected human factors can sometimes occur. Drivers are people as well, and an emergency or unforeseen situation may have prevented him from contacting us. If the driver had informed us that he was delayed or unable to complete the service, we would have immediately arranged a replacement driver. Unfortunately, because we received no communication from him, we were not able to react in time. We are continuing to investigate the situation and sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience.
