We waited a very long time for them to get us from the airport, almost an hour. The communication was very poor, they had sent me one text and then I sent several follows up that they did not respond to. I had to call the viator booking person directly. It was not enjoyable as we had just arrived. But once we got picked up, the drive was fine.
We had a good car/ chauffeur service from Carlos and his team during our couple trip at Rome. His cars are new and comfortable. Most importantly is their car services where his drivers are frequent in English and responsive in WhatsApp. We used their services for airport transfers and round trip to Designer Outlet Castel Romano.
Very well organized. I booked one day before my flight to Rome. The opporator quickly responded with information about the driver and where to meet the driver was there within five minutes of our family walking out of the airport. The car was cool on a hot Rome day and the transfer to our hotel was a lot more comfortable and less hectic than a public transportation option I highly recommend.
Our driver was on time and made sure we got to the airport in a safe, timely manner. He was very friendly and assisted with luggage. His car was spotless. 10/10 recommend.
Ari was extremely helpful and waited for us at the airport while we were processing delayed bags. We used Ari's services on the way back to the airport as well
Our driver was amazing! We got stuck in baggage claim due to lost luggage, he waited over two hours for us. Also, took us shopping for some clothes and waited. Amazing!

I actually took two rides with the company: from Fiumicino Airport and to the airport. Each time, the driver was very professional and patient. On the ride from the airport, my family and I were dealing with a baggage outage at London Heathrow Airport that meant we lost all our luggage when we got to Rome. Our driver was very patient, and waited for us to file lost luggage report before we took the ride, even when that meant he had to head home after midnight. During our ride to the airport, that same driver was courteous and kind. We felt really taken care of during both trips, and I firmly recommend their services to anyone who need a ride to and from the airport in Rome!
