Zena and her drivers are very professional and we are so happy we chose her service. She is excellent with communication and was able to address any concerns I had and made our trip less of a headache when there was other issues that had nothing to do with the transfer going on. I’d have to say the most seamless thing about our vacation was the airport transfer process. We had initially only booked a one-way transfer from the airport to our hotel, going under the assumption that the hotel had a free shuttle service back to the airport at the end of our trip. But we were given the wrong information and we were scrambling to find a way back. We thought we would go with someone a little cheaper, but they were not as professional and communicative, so we ended up going back with Zena and I’m very happy with that decision. I highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to the Bahamas.

Great communication with Zena. She had good info for us especially heading back to the airport. Her driver picked us up promptly. We used them both initially from and then back to the airport. Very clean vehicle. Highly recommend.

Zena's Taxi service was fantastic. The communication throughout the process, including at pick up time, cleanliness of the vehicle, condition of the vehicle (Ford Transit for 10 passengers in this case), courteousness and professionalism of the driver were all exceptional. I felt completely safe at all times on the drive, as I had my four small grandchildren with me, so safety was my priority and Zena's exceeded my expectations. Can't say thankyou enough! We''ll be back!
