AANKOMST OVERDRACHT. Nadat je je bagage hebt opgehaald, ga je door de douane en de aankomsthal in. Uw chauffeur wacht in de aankomsthal bij het DRIVER MEETING POINT/LIMO SERVICE met een bord met de naam van de hoofdreiziger erop. BELANGRIJKE OPMERKING: Gelieve het aantal bagage dat u heeft door te geven.

First time visit to Venice, else I would’ve known that one can take a water taxi all the way from the airport to one’s Venice hotel. This was silly - we were driven from airport across the causeway, and then got on a water taxi in Venice for 10 minutes. Plus it cost way more than a proper water taxi directly from airport to hotel. Fool me once….
Driver was prompt, courteous, and communicated well (English). He was waiting for us right outside of the doors from customs with our names on a sign making easy to find him. The trip to the boat dock was quick and, although crowded with people, he lead us to our awaiting water taxi quickly. Well worth the money not having to worry about anything except sitting back and enjoying the scenery.

Our driver Gianni was extremely friendly, welcoming and happy have to have us on board. The van was very nice, clean, didn’t smell and the AirCon worked beautifully. Our boat driver Ricardo, was super charismatic, gave us a nice leisurely tour of the canals while giving us plenty of history tidbits.

This was our first trip to Italy and Venice. We had no idea what to expect, but Gianni was there waiting for us in a Mercedes van and helped us load our extra heavy luggage. We were transferred to a water taxi which took us to our hotel. The boat driver helped us out of the boat and also helped get our luggage. Great experience! I highly recommend!!!

This started out really well, our driver was there waiting for us at the airport as expected, drove us to the boat terminal and healers us load our luggage onto a private boat (which was a beautiful Chris-craft). But there was some sort of miscommunication, as the boat docked in the wrong place and dropped us off in a spot 15+ minutes from our hotel, when there were closer docks. I called the help number and the person said she would talk to the team to find out what happened, but I never got a follow up of apology. Normally I wouldn’t say a 15 min walk is a big deal, but we did pay an exorbitant amount for this service.

great booking we arrived at airport and used this service to get to our hotel. Would recommend using this option to have a stress free, hassle free stress free experience. Who wants to wait for a cab after being on a plane for 12 hours.

These guys were great!! Prompt and courteous service from the Marco Polo airport to Venice city center. Taxi ride and Boat taxi included . Driver was both friendly and helpful and informative regarding all our questions. We would use them again and highly recommend.
