In general, it’s easier and much faster to take a taxi at the airport. You have to search for your name at multiple meeting points, wait in line for five minutes, then go outside to look for the driver yourself and wait another 20 minutes. Very poor service

Prior to the arrival date, we always send detailed meeting point information and instructions to help guests locate the correct pickup point smoothly. In addition, our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist guests should they need any immediate support upon arrival. Due to airport regulations, vehicles are not permitted to wait for extended periods at the terminal. Once our on-site staff confirms the meeting, the driver must proceed from the designated parking area to the pickup point. As it is currently Thailand’s peak travel season, traffic within the airport can be very congested, which may result in additional waiting time for the vehicle to arrive. We truly apologize for the extended wait you experienced. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will continue working to further optimize and improve this process for future guests. Communicated quickly. At aiport, look for name posted by the exit door specified to obtain driver. This company provided. picture of the sign beforehand to make it easier to find the sign. Vehicle was clean and as size as promised.
I landed by myself at 10pm, the pickup process was easy to find. Smooth process overall I recommend.
