Terrible

*AVOID Awful experience - driver did not show - website/communication appeared professional however, phone number provided for driver was wrong - despite several attempts call always failed - I also had multiple what’s app and phone calls (not from the drivers number they provided) therefore assume my information was not safe/confidential - as multiple ‘drivers’ were calling - felt very unsafe - appears to be a total scam. The only ‘help’ was a what’s app chat which kept telling me to contact driver directly (even tho number kept failing) Ended up having to get a private taxi and paying again - this was after midnight with a child - still unable to find a way to contact the company/get answers - AVOID

Unprofessional

Communication by wathapp in English. 2 numbers to reach them: one in Senegale and the other UK... I request a transfer for 4 with child seat, transport arrives with a city girl without seat... Unacceptable

I wouldn't repeat, the dirt on the car was disgusting.

Very bad experience because of the dirt in the car. It had dirty papers, food scraps, cigar butts and a very unpleasant smell of trash. I wouldn't repeat the truth.

Avoid at All Costs

Review: I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. Despite booking well in advance (April for a September transfer), the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. We were instructed to contact the driver through WhatsApp—completely unacceptable for a professional transfer service. After waiting over 20 minutes on the street with our luggage and receiving no proper assistance, we were forced to take a taxi at the last minute. This left us rushing to the airport and at risk of missing our flight. When we attempted to hold staff accountable, they hung up on us. The pickup location was a well-known hotel with clear instructions, so there is absolutely no excuse for this failure. What should have been a seamless transfer turned into a stressful, frustrating ordeal. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book with a more reliable provider.

Courteous and on-time transfer.

Thank you Viator for making our visit to France go off without a hitch. We visited Normandy with a group of friends and could not have done it without the trustworthy transfer of our group to and from the hotel which was an hour away from the airport. Our driver Ilias was safe, courteous and on-time which was a relief as we were on a tight time schedule.

Very disappointed with the service. Not recommended.

We had a pick-up contract on April 18, 2025 at 17:38 from the Hôtel Ampère (Paris) to Charles de Gaulle Airport for 8 people, including 3 minors. The driver never showed up and, after multiple attempts to contact the company, we were offered no solution or alternative. A few hours into an international flight, we had to search for a taxi on our own so as not to miss it, assuming a significant additional expense and a situation of enormous stress, especially with young children. The total lack of assistance and responsibility on the part of the company was unacceptable. We are handling a formal claim for reimbursement, the cost of the alternative taxi and compensation for damages caused. Very bad experience. We would never trust this company again or recommend it.

Charged when driver did not show.

We have information as to when plane arrived at CDG airport in Paris but our driver was not there. We were in baggage claim for about an hour but he never arrived & did not answer his phone when we were trying to reach him. He left a message two hours later that he was there.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!! BUSQUEN UBER, BOLT o TAXI Avoid this enterprise at all costs. They arrived late, with little gas, the driver could not find the credit target, he had to put 4 euros, because he had no more. All this in a hurry to get to the airport on time. We lost it on the way, I had to guide it with the google maps, raining and unfogging the front glass with a klenex because it does not put the air conditioning (I guess because we were on Fuel Reservation from our Santa Fe hotel to Orly airport. The car with a huge butt bump, dirty no, next thing!!!! It sucks. The kid with few driving notions, on top answering watsaps while driving.

Scam company do not use

Scam Didn’t turn up for us and we had very young children with us. Had to get a taxi from the airport instead. Avoid at all costs
