Driver never showed up causing inconvenience and spending extra money and time that wasn't needed. Poor customer service communication. We're requesting our full refund.

Driver never showed up after many attempts to contact him...another driver finally told my client Fard Lambert that the driver was sick but no one would cover for him...My client had to take a taxi to his hotel...This pickup was paid in full and I have not heard back from the company regarding my clients refund
No one was there! No one ever showed up! And will be looking for my refund !! DO NOT BOOK THIS! No one will show up!
Sorry for the inconvenience, Please we were at the airport but didn’t see you. The same day we picked a traveller from the airport going to the same hotel.
Unremarkable. Guide seemed indifferent. Wish I would have known that my hotel had a reliable airport shuttle before booking this transport.
