Naar het centrum van Rome reizen kan vervelend zijn, vooral als je moe bent van een lange vlucht en met meerdere tassen reist. Vermijd het gedoe van het vinden van een taxi of trein met deze privétransfer die begint met ophalen direct bij de aankomstterminal. Uw chauffeur helpt u met uw koffers en neemt het verkeer naar de stad op zich, zodat u zich kunt hergroeperen voordat u op uw uiteindelijke locatie wordt afgezet. Ophalen afgestemd op de aankomsttijd van uw vlucht om vertragingen te voorkomen. Voertuig met airconditioning en een professionele chauffeur voor een ontspannen rit. OPHALEN 1) Bij een afspraak op de luchthaven Fiumicino (FCO) in de lobby van de aankomstterminal houdt de chauffeur een bord vast met de naam van de klant. Geef het mobiele nummer van de klant op het moment van boeking. 2) Op de luchthaven is de wachttijd inbegrepen in de prijs van 1 uur vanaf de landing 3) Als de vlucht meer dan 45 minuten vertraagd is, kunnen we mogelijk geen service garanderen, dus neem contact op met ons kantoor om de beschikbaarheid te controleren. Er kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn. 4) In geval van vertraagde bagageclaim of verloren bagage en gerelateerde Lost & Found procedures, neem dan contact op met ons kantoor om de beschikbaarheid te controleren. Er kunnen extra kosten van toepassing zijn.

Patricio was awesome! He was at the designated meeting point waiting for us on time. Helped with our luggage. He also gave us a bit of history as we entered Rome near Trevi fountain and our hotel.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE WHEN ARRIVING IN ROME. Our flight was delayed and they told us that when a flight gets delayed they track flights and adjust pick up time. When we landed we waited 2 hours for car and they did not show up. When I reached out to them they said they would be there in 1 hour. Not sure how they expect a customer to wait 3 hours in an airport after flying all night from US to Rome. They have refused to give me a credit. I arranged for alternate transportation after learning they expected us to wait an additional hour after already waiting 2 hours.
Dear Ms. Dorian, we are sorry to read your dissatisfaction but unfortunately what you state does not correspond to the truth. In our terms and conditions of service it is clearly stated that if the flight is delayed more than 45 minutes we may not be able to guarantee the service. We have, due to our excellent reputation, many customers and if all flights were delayed we would have to keep our cars stationary and available, charging customers an exorbitant price. In your case, your flight was delayed by 1 hour and 39 minutes and we tried to offer you transfer service anyway, changing all our plans, with related waiting. We understand that you decided to provide otherwise but honestly you should give a bad review and demand reimbursement from your airline and not from us. We hope you can give us another chance on your possible trip to Rome in the future, otherwise we note that we cannot satisfy everyone.

Very friendly driver and patient. We had to wait for our bags which never showed up and they still waited over an hour and got us to our hotel. Very kind.

Great driver, no issues even though we were delayed because they made us check in bags and our bags came in late. No worries about driving. Was very considerate and kind. Took our luggage for us to the car from the terminal. Would definitely use them again. After a long flight- it’s worth the peace of mind.
