Lucca - Wijnproeven bij Tenuta Mareli
Beschrijving
Boek een proeverij van onze biologische/biodynamische wijnen geproduceerd op de heuvels van Lucca; we zullen een rondleiding krijgen door de wijngaard bij de kelder, een bezoek brengen aan de interne kamers en tot slot zullen we de wijnen, olie en honing proeven onder een pergola. Ik ga met de klant aan tafel zitten om de geschiedenis van ons familiebedrijf, onze filosofie over natuurlijke wijnen, de productieprocessen en de organoleptische kenmerken van onze 4 wijnen uit te leggen, vergezeld van croutons en lokale kazen, onze extra vierge olijfolie en onze acacia , kastanje-, millefiori- en stuifmeelhoning. Afhankelijk van de periode waarin ze ons bezoeken, kunnen ze helpen bij sommige productieprocessen (oogst, voetpersing, vinificatie, botteling, etikettering, allemaal handmatig). We zullen proberen onze klanten de liefde en passie te laten begrijpen die we in ons werk stoppen. Afhankelijk van het aantal gasten kan de rondleiding een uur of meer in het algemeen meer dan twee uur duren.

What a wonderful experience. The tour of a small family winery was perfect after all the crowded towns we visited. The Lunch was delicious and so fresh from the garden. Our group was 4 women over 70, lovers of good wine and food. Food and Wine was presented to make you feel very Special. Highly Recommend.

We visited this great little winery and estate as part of an organised tour of a couple of wineries in the Lucca area. We were welcomed by the owner, Francesca, who was so capable and explained all about her wonderful work and products. We were provided with a huge buffet of local produce, oils, honey and obviously wine. She also has a farm house which she rents out! Such an enjoyable visit! We were so happy and enjoyed the wine and honey, we arranged with Francesca to have some shipped home. Something to remember our visit with, although it might not last very long!! Might just have to sort out a longer stay in her farm house!
We had a fantastic experience at Tenuta Mareli. It was such a beautiful place and the owner with family was great. The wine was very good, the food was very good, but the atmosphere was amasing. We recomend this place.

Wonderful experience, magnificent food, Great wine! We have been to other wineyards, but this was the most personal and Great experience we have ever encountered. The host or guide was very understanding, as we brought one bambino to the tasting. All in all, amazing experience!

Fantastic and authentic experience. Delightful tastes on both the wine and the food, and the surroundings are absolutely impeccable. Francesca is a warm and knowledgeable hostess who taught us a lot of news about wine production, olive production and honey production. Great experience that is highly recommended!
