Turtle Release Tour is een natuurbehoudprogramma dat al meer dan 5 jaar wordt beheerd door Rancho Carisuva, waarin u een babyschildpad kunt adopteren en kunt helpen deze in de oceaan vrij te laten. Je helpt niet alleen bij het behoud van de soort, maar je leert ook over de schildpadden en hun leefgebied onder begeleiding van een gecertificeerde zeebioloog. Kijk hoe de schildpadden een nieuw leven beginnen in de oceaan nadat ze uit hun nest zijn bevrijd, en wees trots op het feit dat je ze daarbij hebt geholpen. Dit is een van de meest fascinerende ervaringen die je in Cabo zult ervaren! Hoogtepunten: • Help een soort te redden. Van juli tot september komen in Cabo Olive Ridley en Black Turtles naar de kust om hun eieren diep in het zand te leggen voordat ze terugkeren naar zee. De babyschildpadden komen ongeveer 45 dagen later uit, maar gedurende deze tijd beschermen we het nest en zorgen we voor de eieren. Het is onze taak om het overlevingspercentage zoveel mogelijk te verhogen. De rondleiding wordt begeleid door een zeebioloog die een leuke, leerzame leerervaring brengt waarbij je deelneemt aan het vrijlaten van deze babyschildpadden terug in de natuur.

Do not use this company - they are a SCAM! We booked a tour a month before our arrival, paid $100usd for a taxi to get to the location as they are extremely far from town, only to find out that the company did not offer the tour; it was listed on their website and purchased directly through the company, but wasn't offered. We are now out hundreds of dollars. Numerous attempts were made with the owner to get a refund, but no follow-up was ever made. We were also never told that this tour was not offered, even though it had been booked for weeks. This is not a local company - it is a French company that is DISHONEST. Do not book tours through this company, they tell you what you want to hear but do not offer what shows on their website or follow through on what they say.
We booked a tour as a family of 3 and had to pay for an expensive cab ride to the location, only to discover this ranch does not offer these tours and it was a scam. Do not book through this company!!!
They cancelled the trip but never refunded us! I messaged them and texted them several times to no avail. This operator should be kicked out!
