Iets minder dan een uur lang kunt u achterover leunen, ontspannen en genieten van het landschap aan de rivier en bezienswaardigheden die Liverpool op de kaart hebben gezet. Scan gewoon de QR-code die zich bij elke veerbootterminal of aan boord van de Mersey Ferry bevindt om toegang te krijgen. Neem voor de beste ervaring je eigen koptelefoon mee, zorg ervoor dat je telefoon volledig is opgeladen en mobiele data is ingeschakeld. Tijdens deze proefperiode wordt het commentaar niet afgespeeld via het externe luidsprekersysteem. We spent a very enjoyable 50 minutes, sitting on the top deck, leisurely cruising the Mersey. We decided not to listen to the audio as it was lovely just enjoying the sights, and experience. Boarding and disembarking was easy, and we would highly recommend going on this boat trip when in Liverpool.

Thank you for your feedback. We did do extensive trialling of the new commentary , surveying all passengers for their thoughts as it was a big change - the majority of which favoured the new system (this included all ages). We do also have printed route map sheets available for guests to use.
Got to the cruise terminal only to see the notice on the door that there would be not cruises that day. We had taken the train from London so that became a very expensive trip for nothing. I am sure the cruise would have been great.
We are very sorry that we were unable to operate your cruise. Our ferry is a heritage vessel and unfortunately met with technical issues that we were unable to resolve immediately. We have offered full refunds to those affected. We hope you will be able to come back again one day to visit us.
Careful when using viator as they continue to sell tickets for events/attractions that are not running or available. They were however very quick to respond and refund once I contacted them. Was just disappointing to look forward to our river cruise and turn up to be told it wasn’t running.

Interesting city water tour with many fascinating landmarks. Shame that quality of audio guide was not synchronized and not user friendly

This 50 minute tour offers great views of the city from the water, including the three Graces, the docks and Everton's stadium. There's no commentary but it's not really needed. It's a lovely peaceful trip (with the occasional blast of Ferry 'Cross The Mersea). One thing to note for passengers with mobility issues is that the ramp down to the ferry and back up again at the end is very steep and hard on the knees, however, we did see a lady with walking sticks being transported on an airport style buggy so it seems that assistance can be arranged if required.

Lovely relaxing way to view Liverpool from the water. You can download an audio guide on your phone and bring your own headphones. Lovely staff.

Beautiful cruise with a free English-speaking audio guide that provides a lot of information about the buildings and the Mersey waterfront. The trip lasts 50 minutes, and there are plenty of seats available on deck. As we set off, the song "Ferry Cross the Mersey" plays - a lovely overview from the water's perspective.

Nice boat trip - shame the commentary was only available via mobile phone. I did not have ear buds so could not take advantage of it. Staff were very helpful.
The QR code offers the whole commentary in a written format if you have no ear buds and we also have available cruise fact sheets/route maps which can be collected from the ferry terminal ticket desk free of charge.
