Reis met ons mee naar het Litchfield National Park, de thuisbasis van enkele van de meest spectaculaire en verbluffende watervallen van Australië. Geniet van adembenemende uitzichten, iconische magnetische termietenheuvels en kristalheldere poelen. Als u een fervent vogelaar bent, duik dan onder in de wetlands van het Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve. De thuisbasis van een overvloed aan inheemse dieren in het wild en fascinerende zeldzame vogels. Tijdens deze Litchfield National Park Tour krijgen gasten de mogelijkheid om door enkele van de meest uiteenlopende landschappen van Australië te reizen, zandstenen pilaren, panoramische uitzichten op de uiterwaarden, pittoreske watervallen en het bruisende planten- en dierenleven. Er zijn verschillende bushland-wandelroutes met de beste uitzichten die het Litchfield National Park te bieden heeft. Tegen een meerprijs kunt u ook een optionele "Jumping Crocodile Cruise" (optie LFC-B) toevoegen.

We verlaten Darwin en begeven ons naar het Litchfield National Park van wereldklasse, omringd door dikke stukken tropisch regenwoud, dat een verkoelende onderbreking biedt van de hitte van de Top End.
Onze eerste stop van de dag is een optionele Jumping Croc Cruise op de Adelaide River OF een bezoek aan het Fogg Dam Conservation Centre. De traditionele landen van de Limilngan-Wulna-bevolking (die actief zijn in het beheer van het reservaat) zijn een van de meest spectaculaire plekken om de gevarieerde fauna van de Top End te verkennen, de thuisbasis van talloze soorten vogels, schildpadden, waterpythons en natuurlijk de iconische zoutwaterkrokodil.

Verken de beroemde watervallen van Florence Falls, gelegen in het moessonbos. (Tolmer Falls kan worden bezocht als Florence Falls niet toegankelijk is)

- Hulpdieren toegestaan
- Reizigers moeten ten minste een gemiddelde conditie hebben
- Om de wandelingen naar de watervallen te voltooien, is een minimaal matig fitnessniveau vereist.
- Beperkte opslagruimte in ons voertuig, bagage beperkt tot 1 dagzak van 5-7 kg per persoon.
- Kindertariefprijzen gelden van 6 tot 12 jaar oud. Deze tour is niet geschikt voor kinderen van 5 jaar en jonger, vanwege de aard van de route.
- Reisroutes kunnen variëren om zich aan te passen aan seizoensveranderingen en af en toe zijn plekken in de parken gesloten of is zwemmen niet toegestaan. Omdat veiligheid onze topprioriteit is, plannen we dienovereenkomstig om ervoor te zorgen dat onze gasten tijdens hun tour de leukste en best mogelijke ervaring hebben.
- Zorg ervoor dat u de gemiddelde temperaturen voor de tijd van het jaar waarin u reist controleert en dat u voldoende kleding inpakt.

Our guide Aussie Tim (AKA awesome Tim) was funny, engaging, had great information, and was really helpful taking photos when you needed extra hands. Totally recommend a tour with him. The tour itself was fun and swimming in the water holes was absolutely beautiful and once in a lifetime experience that you can't miss.
Visited 3 rockholes, magnetic termite mounds, our great and knowlegable guide, Aussie Tim provided lots of information about the places.

Lots of beautiful waterholes and waterfalls. The cathedral and magnetic termite mounds were fascinating. Cooling off in Buley waterhole was a nice way to spend lunch.
