Een bezoek aan de Oceanário de Lisboa is een unieke ervaring die je meeneemt naar de onvergetelijke magie van de onderwaterwereld. Ga op deze contemplatieve reis om 8000 zeedieren te ontdekken, van 500 verschillende soorten. De permanente tentoonstelling (Aquarium) viert het leven op aarde met een centraal zoutwateraquarium van 5 miljoen liter omgeven door vier mariene habitats die habitats vertegenwoordigen van de Noord-Atlantische, Antarctische*, gematigde Stille Oceaan en tropische Indische Oceaan, waardoor de illusie ontstaat dat we naar één aquarium en één oceaan kijken. Het bezoek vindt plaats op twee niveaus, op het land en onder water, en doorkruist de gematigde, tropische en koude wateren van de verschillende oceanen van de planeet. Ontdek ook de «Forests Underwater», een werk van meester Takashi Amano, die ons tropische bossen presenteert via het grootste natuuraquarium ter wereld en de nieuwe tentoonstelling «Submerged Universe», een meeslepende reis in de onmetelijkheid van de oceaan.

We had a lot of fun. It is not a big aquarium overall compared to others I been to. The large tank in the middle is the largest I have ever seen. The rain forest was fantastic.
The Lisbon Oceanarium is very cool, the central fish tank is impressive and we enjoyed the visit a lot, we went first thing in the It was tomorrow and there were already quite a few people, that is the only bad thing.
It was an amazing experience, kids and adults will love it. The sharks and string rays were so large with great views. The aquarium was so clean and clear for everyone to experience it in front of our eyes. The area the aquarium is set is so beautiful with greenery.

This place is nice for a family adventure. You must give yourself time because it is by hour entrance.
We had a wonderful time. It was perfect for all ages. We had three generations with us and from the oldest to the youngest there was something to see and enjoy!
Nice experience but a bit expensive.
Very large aquarium but it must be said that it is a lot of marketing for nothing. There is not really much to see, not many special fish, the sharks are small and you get the impression of going in circles and seeing the same thing over and over. In short... We were left wanting more.
Fantastic aquarium we didn’t even manage to see it all Came with my twin toddlers and in-laws during off peak at €50 a ticket it’s quite pricey but absolutely worth it we will be coming back as we didn’t see it all We spent majority of the day there and it wasn’t very busy, food was decent in the cafe, no other aquarium compares to this one for us now we have been spoilt it’s very child friendly
