De lokaal beheerde en geëxploiteerde brouwerij en restaurant met een West Coast-gevoel, versmolten met diepe TX-wortels. Met trots brouwen we ons "geen kustbier" en serveren het in een laagdrempelige en gemeenschappelijke ruimte, aangevuld met een menu met door de chef aangestuurde Amerikaanse klassiekers en door het personeel samengestelde sterke dranken en cocktails. Leun achterover en ervaar zelf de binnen- en buitenruimte van The Boardwalk in Plano, TX, je bent hier van harte welkom.
Beard Science is een zuur huis, wat betekent dat we gespecialiseerd zijn in fermentatietechnieken en zuurprocessen die je niet zult vinden in je typische brouwerij. Voor ketelzuur gebruiken we Lactobacillus-bacteriestammen om unieke smaken te creëren in een zeer gecontroleerde omgeving. Voor onze wilde zuren fermenteren we de natuurlijke gisten hier in The Colony, Texas voor wat ongecontroleerde goedheid in het bier. We voegen ook speciale kruiden en enkele onverwachte ingrediënten toe aan het afwerkingsproces om je bij elk brouwsel iets nieuws te geven. Sommige bieren rijpen dan in houten foeders van Amerikaans Eiken of flessen die je in de brouwerij ziet.

Cannot recommend this company enough.
