Dit is een antropologische reis die veel verder gaat dan de Netflix-versie van Lima's streetfoodscene. Authentiek, meeslepend en toegankelijk. Wij bieden een ander perspectief dan de fine-dining wereld van Central of Maido. We wandelen door straten en markten die druk, chaotisch, luidruchtig en zelfs overweldigend kunnen zijn, maar toch diep echt, in de niet-toeristische gebieden van het historische centrum van Lima: Central Market, Mesa Redonda, Barrios Altos en Chinatown. We zullen een breed scala aan heerlijke Peruaanse gerechten proberen, waaronder smakelijke hapjes, lokale markten en hole-in-the-wall spots, allemaal zorgvuldig geselecteerd door lokale foodie experts.

Best street food tour I’ve ever been on! Bruce is a very genuine and friendly guide who showed us the ‘real’ side of Lima. It felt authentic, fun and slightly spontaneous, which lead us to places and food we’d never have discovered on our own. Highly recommended.
Bruce was full of knowledge and very accommodating. You really get a huge bang for your buck on this tour. I can’t even keep track of how many different foods we tried and we covered a lot of cool and popular areas in centro.

This was the most amazing food tour - Bruce, the tour guide had so many good and funny stories, we felt safe and so full of food we would have otherwise not found. The food was exeptional and super original. We highly recommended Inka Pride Tours.
Had an awesome time with Bruce from Inka Pride Tours as my food tour guide. Bruce met us and took us on the local bus to outside the ultra-touristy area to local joints with delicious, Peruvian food. The food included local street food as well as Amazonian cuisine. Bruce was entertaining, passionate, very informative about the culture and history of Peru, and treated us like friends that he was showing around his neighbourhood - lots of places that you wouldn’t know to find as a gringo. Would recommend 100%

Bruno will bring you to his favourite top tier spots and I can confirm they were great! We tried different dishes and while on our way to the next stops he explained the history and origins of several dishes or why they were popular in Lima.
