Op slechts 20 minuten van Puerto Limón combineert Brisas de la Jungla adembenemende natuur met puur avontuur. Begin met een begeleide wandeling door het regenwoud over een pad van 1.064 meter omgeven door weelderige vegetatie, heliconia's, bananenplanten en torenhoge honderdjarige bomen. Het hoogtepunt: drie hangbruggen die je oog in oog brengen met het bladerdak van het bos. Brug 1: 37 m lang, 12 m hoog Brug 2: 42 m lang, 19 m hoog Brug 3: 67 m lang, 22 m hoog Houd tijdens het oversteken je ogen open voor luiaards, brulapen, tropische kikkers en levendige vogels.
De Tortuguero Canals worden vaak de "Amazone van Costa Rica" genoemd en zijn een van de meest iconische natuurlijke attracties van het land. Deze begeleide boottocht voert u door rustige, smalle waterwegen, omringd door weelderige tropische vegetatie, en biedt close-up uitzicht op de lokale fauna. Met de hulp van uw gids kunt u luiaards, brulapen, leguanen, kaaimannen en een grote verscheidenheid aan tropische vogels spotten. De boot is uitgerust met een dak, comfortabele stoelen en zwemvesten, waardoor het een veilige en ontspannende ervaring is voor alle leeftijden.
Verken een lokale souvenirwinkel met authentieke Costa Ricaanse ambachten en geniet van een gratis proeverij van vers gezette koffie en gearomatiseerde cacao (zoals gekarameliseerd of kaneel). Indien beschikbaar, een korte wandeling van 15 minuten door de aangrenzende tuin toont tropische planten zoals ananas, cacao, kaneel, ylang ylang, en noni. Uw tour begint binnen in de pier, waar onze gidsen op u wachten met een bord met uw naam. Kijk voor onze rode shirts voor gemakkelijke identificatie. We bieden pick-up direct binnen de pier, dus er is geen noodzaak om buiten de faciliteiten te lopen. Timing: Tours worden gepland 30 minuten nadat uw schip is aangemeerd, waarbij de vroegste tour om 8:00 uur begint. Als de beste lokale touroperator garanderen wij uw terugkeer naar het cruiseschip

My experience in costa rica was unforgettable. The country was beautiful. got to see beautiful beaches, green rainforest and wildlife. The scenery was breathtaking! exploring nature and learning about the culture. The people were friendly and welcoming! We had the best tour guides which made our trip even more enjoyable! Had the best food and sipped on so very good coffee!

Such an amazing tour! Best part was our guide Kim and our driver Alex. They met us right off the cruise ship. Had the entire vehicle/tour to ourselves and we were off on our adventure. Kim was so knowledgeable about Costa Rica and answered every one of my 10 year old daughter's many, many questions. Highly recommend this tour. I'd give it 10 stars and do it all over again with Kim and Alez duo.

Its a little long walk to bridges further than what we thought our tour guide was excellent we enjoyed seeing all the animals

Kim our Tour guide was right there with a smile when we got off ship. She took us with 3 others in a clean newer van and wonderful driver. We went to the boat ride part of the tour and saw some sloths and birds it was rainy but made the best of it. After that we went to the rainforest and saw some amazing sites trees frogs and the monkeys. Nice trails and enjoyed the park ranger explaining everything we were seeing. Then we stopped at the banana a coffee plantation and I must say Kim was a fantastic tour guide. She told us so many interesting facts. She truly loves her job and people just love her.

Our primary guide, Rosa, was great. The guide through the rain forest was a bit difficult to understand. The time on the river and guide were wonderful as was the plantation. We saw a number of animals. Can never predict how many.

Our tour guide Rachel and our driver Johnny were brilliant!!! Rachel is so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and took very good care of us. Also Johnny was friendly and a great driver, he even gave us a mini Spanish lesson 😊. We just had one suggestion for management which is maybe to add one more activity or a light meal in the price. We did another tour through Viator which was only slightly more expensive but included 4 activities and 2 meals. Overall it was a good experience.
