Begin uw wandeling op de Grote Markt (Place du Général de Gaulle). Dit centrale plein is omgeven door prachtige architectuur en is het hart van Lille.

Loop naar het Rihour-plein, een levendige buurt met cafés en winkels. Bewonder het Rihour-paleis, een voormalige residentie van de hertogen van Bourgondië, die nu dienst doet als het VVV-kantoor van Lille.

De lokale gids haalt je op bij het hotel (indien gevestigd in Lille). Reizigers kunnen de tour aanvragen om te starten vanuit elk centraal gelegen hotel. Als uw hotel buiten de stad ligt, selecteren we een handig ontmoetingspunt in het stadscentrum. De tour kan eindigen op een andere locatie dan het vertrekpunt, tenzij dit voorafgaand aan de tour is aangevraagd.

This was a wonderful introduction to Lille. We really enjoyed walking around the city with Jerinë, who designed the tour to focus on the history and architecture of Lille (as we requested). We learned a lot about the buildings, renovations or reconstruction of various structures, including the opera house, the stock exchange, churches and more. We also learned about several statues around the city. She also made several recommendations for activities and food. We scheduled a 2 hour tour and were able to go at our own pace. We should have scheduled a longer tour. We would do this again. Thank you, Jerinë for this delightful experience.
A guided tour of Lille is a MUST in order to more fully appreciate the city’s architecture, history, and culinary traditions. Our first day was spent on our own wondering around this beautiful city. Day two, we had a guided tour and I was remarkable how much we missed on our own. Definitely recommend a guided walking tour and our guide, Raphy, was excellent!
We had an enjoyable time touring the old town of Lille with Anne. She took us all around and was genuinely interested in making sure our needs and wants were met. We would recommend this tour.

Jerine is an excellent guide, she took us all over to many historical sites and certainly loves French history, and Lille. She easily filled three hours with a wonderful tour. Lovely woman - a delight.
Our private tour of Lille, France with Ines was terrific. Ines was a fantastic guide. Lille was having a huge festival during our tour and Ines went out of her way to work around the large crowds and give us a tour that highlighted history, sights to see and food and shopping to enjoy. Ines was very friendly and we had great communication with her before and after our tour. She really cares about the people she shows around Lille and we appreciated having her as our tour guide. We lucked out. My wife and I were really pleased with this tour and highly recommend it.
