Optie 1: Als u in Hanoi bent, geef dan uw hoteladres door. Onze chauffeurs halen u op de dag van aankomst tussen 8.00 en 8.30 uur op. Optie 2: Als je al in Halong bent, zorg er dan voor dat je tussen 11:30 - 12:00 uur aankomt in Tuan Chau International Port nr. 12. Optie 3: Als geen van de bovenstaande opties, laat me dan je locatie en adres weten. Ik zal een transportoplossing voor derden voor u regelen. Boat was alright. Rooms were clean with a nice view. Food was good. Activities were limited and included alot of kayaking which becomes a bit boring. Staff were nice but on the final day, they took peoples phones, saying they were scanning the QR code so you could put in a review. They would then write the review themselves, adding in their own name and praising themselves, even creating a trip advisor account with my email. Could be avoided by refusing review, but I was unaware that that was what they were doing when I have them my phone. Other than that the trip was nice. Only really need one night if you go. Two was unnecessary.
The co operation for food at the cruise for vegan person is pathetic.

You guys are very good at serving. The drinks are good. There are two dishes that don’t taste good, the rest are ok.
