Had such a great time doing their coffee masterclass that I came back a few days later to learn how to do latte art. The instructor started off with the specifics of single, double and lungo shots and then showed us how to use a professional espresso machine (la marzocco). Once you get the hang on how to properly foam your milk, the art starts. Not going to lie: latte art is difficult! However, the instructor was super patient and great at giving pointers on how I need to hold the cup and the milk jug. Can't wait to get back home and perfect my technique and start doing more difficult designs! ☕️
