Dit is geen doorsnee worsteltour: dit is een exclusieve, op maat gemaakte ervaring. Je krijgt een deskundige gids, drankjes inbegrepen in een lokale bar (en arena), uitleg over een van de meest historische buurten en, belangrijker nog, in tegenstelling tot de andere aangeboden rondleidingen, zit je op de tribune in de arena zelf en niet hoog bovenin (trap niet in oplichting!). Bereid je voor op een van de meest unieke entertainmentervaringen ter wereld!

·We starten onze tour door elkaar te ontmoeten in Jardin de 9 Esquinas, tegenover de fontein. ·Vanaf hier gaan we naar een cantina om voor de show nog wat te drinken.
·In de cantina vertel ik je over de geschiedenis van Lucha Libre en wat je tijdens de show kunt verwachten. ·Daarna maken we een korte wandeling door de historische wijken om bij de arena, het Colosseum, te komen.
·Bij aankomst in de arena nemen we plaats en maken we ons klaar voor het entertainment van de avond. ·De Luchas duren van ongeveer 21.00 tot 23.00 uur. Gedurende deze tijd haal ik je nog een biertje en leg ik uit wat er allemaal in de ring en op de tribunes gebeurt! ·Aan het einde van de tour geef ik je instructies over hoe je terug kunt keren naar je accommodatie. Ook geef ik je suggesties voor meer lokale plekken die je misschien interessant vindt om te bezoeken! Deze route kan op verzoek worden aangepast. Inclusief kaartjes voor de zitplaatsen op de vloer (een paar rijen van de ring), geen tribuneplaatsen.

We had a fun time with Georgia at the Lucha Libre! She also taught us about the history and culture of wrestling in Mexico and clued us in to all the fun and raunchy audience participation calls.

A huge disappointment with the experience. Not worth the price at all. For almost $100 USD, we didn’t even get seats near the ring. It was on concrete blocks behind metal fence. You are better off purchasing tickets on your own for $10 USD through Ticketmaster. The area is busy and well lit. Lots of taxis available after the show.. Do not recommend using this tour, which also tried to charge 3x more for arranging a taxi. What a ripoff.
Margalit, I am sorry that the tour did not meet your expectations. I would like to clarify that our experience is not just tickets into the stadium. The experience includes a guided tour through a local neighborhood, with a stop at a traditional cantina (drink included) and a walk to the Coliseum where we provide another drink and Lucha Mask. Throughout the evening our guides provide history on the neighborhood, the city and the sport of Lucha Libre. We do offer transportation with professional drivers, which may be more expensive than an Uber, but safety is never compromised. Finally, this is a very detailed and customized experience for our clients. The other group that was with the guide that evening reported having a great time. Again, I am sorry that the tour did not end up being what you were looking for.
An extraordinary moment, thanks to camida gdl for this perfect organization! They even arranged the taxi back and forth, always checking in on us and making sure everything was okay. What a blast ! Yami ( Yamilla ) was the best tour guide ever . Enthusiastic , educational , and genuinely friendly . She guided us through this exciting experience teaching the cultural customs of the wrestling matches . I highly recommend this tour , especially with Yami . A high lite of Guadalajara !

Georgia is a very knowledgeable guide and navigated us to the wrestling with loads of interesting information and English interpretation of what was happening during the event. Highly recommend if you’re not a local - this is an excellent way to experience the luche libre like a local. Thanks for an awesome night!

Excellent experience! I had the pleasure of having Georgia as my guide. She taught me a great time telling me the story of wrestling in a bar. I also tell myself little story of GDL and its pretty squares. In the sand we had a lot of fun and I also loved the gift. Our guide Georgia was great and gave us lots of interesting information about the history of wrestling in Mexico and how the matches work. It’s noisy, wild and very entertaining. We would not have been able to work out how to attend by ourselves! A great night out and VERY Mexican.
