Three very well-spent hours visiting the main sites of Milan (Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, La Scala, Duomo, Sforza Castle) with clear and enjoyable explanations. And the icing on the cake, visiting the Cenacle at Santa Maria delle Grazie, with Leonardo's fantastic Last Supper and the pertinent explanations from Bianca, the local guide.

The guide was excellent but the experience seemed expensive to me for not entering the Duomo and only seeing it from the outside, which we could do on foot. Yes, the guide was very good, congratulations to her and I recommend Bianca, but well, the sun in the square without entering the Duomo and the galleries to see something more seemed expensive to me.
