Improvisatie is de basis van tablao flamenco. Bij LAS CARBONERAS is elke show uniek en onherhaalbaar. De artiesten die op het podium komen zijn figuren van nationale en internationale erkenning en hun talent en beheersing van de tablao boeien degenen die deze unieke ervaring komen beleven.

Aan het begin van de 21e eeuw barstte deze avant-garde Tablao, "Las Carboneras", los in de flamencoscene van Madrid, gelegen in het meest traditionele deel van de stad, El Madrid de los Austrias. Enkele stichtende partners (flamencokunstenaars van internationale allure) presenteerden vanaf de eerste dag tot vandaag een authentiek, professioneel artistiek voorstel, met gevoel en vooral met veel duende. De andere partner, een horecaprofessional, heeft al zijn kennis en smaak uitgedrukt in een menu dat een overzicht en voorstel is van de traditionele Spaanse keuken, waarbij de smaak van weleer behouden blijft. Aan de muren hangen altijd tentoonstellingen van zowel beeldende kunstenaars als fotografie en soms flamencokostuums of klassieke gitaren. Iedere avond beleef je een unieke en onherhaalbare show met 7 artiesten op het podium terwijl je geniet van een tapa en een drankje. Alle artiesten zijn leidende figuren in dans, spel of zang.

It was truly an incredible experience, very immersive and emotional.
Small intimate club. I chose the drink option. The show was one hour. Incredible dancing, music and singing, thoroughly enjoyable.

I stayed for an hour suspended between dream and reality, goose bumps for the whole time of the 'performance. The artists communicated with each other with words, movements, sounds full of passion and unparalleled depth. The best choice I could have made.
I really enjoyed the show, especially the last two dancers were so impressive. The music was fantastic - the guitar playing especially. I appreciated the explanation provided at the end, I think that would actually be helpful at the beginning. The entire experience provided a great sampling of Flamenco. Thank you! My friend and I went our first night in town and were so tired, we probably should have waited until we were more rested, but we both really enjoyed it. Definitely worth the value.
An intimate, authentic Flamenco experience in the heart of historic Madrid. Our table for a 5:30 show was right at the foot of the small stage, making it feel like the dancers were putting on a private show just for our family. The high-energy performance was outstanding, combining a variety of Flamenco dancers and styles. Admission to a standard show includes a drink for each attendee, and tapas can be purchased for an additional fee. Our show on a rainy weeknight in June was sparsely attended, so you might want to book a later performance if you don't want to feel like the only people in the place. But if you're looking for a memorable Flamenco show in a cozy setting, you can't go wrong with Las Carboneras.
