This was a nice relaxing sunset cruise. The food provided was good and the staff were attentive. We booked at our hotel who didn't tell us that you need to have your passport no. This is needed for insurance. Fortunately they took my driving licience no as proof .
Bathrooms are dated and need to be improved. The ship is very dated. Food very good as well as crew.
Dear Sir, Thank you or selecting us to provide you with the Sunset Cruise, I am sorry the bathroom and yatch facilities were not to your expectation. The cleaning of the washrooms are only done after the tour finishes and yatch/catamaran returns to Marina Bay. We don't have the cleaning services onboard during tour.
What a let down. I was very excited initially but after the cruise it was just another boating trip on an average small yacht with about 30 tourist. There were less than 19 course for dinner and watermelon as fruit only. Food is concern..it is a disappointment. Many of the tourist just had one plate of the food and there were ample leftovers, that is for you to figure out. The cruise was a short distance from the jetty and not around to some island as pointed out by the crew. This was probably the yacht set sail late due to heavy rain and was running short of time.. Overall the cruise was just average but the price paid in USD is not worth the value.You can get a cheaper local rate for the same cruise.
