Wij bieden een ecotoerisme op grote hoogte in de bergen, in verbondenheid met de natuur, getuige zijn van deze nieuwe ervaring in de Andes. LEEF een authentieke ervaring bij een groep ontdekkingsreizigers zoals jij, die hun dromen in het Andesgebergte in Peru willen bereiken en het pittoreske Humantay-meer willen bezoeken.

Ons vervoer haalt u op van uw accommodatie tussen 4.20 en 4.40 uur. De temperatuur tijdens de eerste uren van onze Humantay-tocht langs het meer is koud (5 tot 9 ° C), daarom moet je een extra warme trui, jas, muts en handschoenen meenemen. Deze zullen je tijdens deze rijtijd comfortabel houden naar Mollepata. Na 2 uur rijden komen we aan in Mollepata, waar we stoppen voor het ontbijt en de laatste dingen die je vergeten bent te kopen in Cusco zoals water en snacks. Na het ontbijt is er een uur rijden naar Soraypampa. Als we eenmaal op deze hoogvlakte aankomen, kunnen we de prachtige bergen Apu Salkantay (6230 meter boven zeeniveau) en Humantay (5250 meter boven zeeniveau) zien. Na een korte tijd om onze dagpakketten voor te bereiden en te verzamelen, starten we de 1 uur durende trektocht naar het Humantay-meer (ongeveer 3 km.) De weg naar Humantay Lake is steil, maar onze groep is klein en onze gids zal u de tijd laten nemen om geniet en arriveer zonder druk. Na het genieten van ons eerste uitzicht op Humantay Lake is er een optionele kleine klim boven het meer aan de rechterkant of links waar u kunt genieten van een panoramisch uitzicht. Vervolgens hebben we het makkelijke deel van onze trektocht. We dalen nog een uur naar Soraypampa. Daarna brengen we ons privévervoer terug naar Mollepata waar een lokale lunch op ons wacht. Als we klaar zijn met lunch gaan we terug naar Cusco. We komen aan in Cusco tussen 17:00 en 18:00 uur

The ride is exhausting! Keep that in mind. Are 8km (rise + descent) at an altitude of 4.000mts. You have the option of riding a horse so it can't stand it. You have to leave well early from Cusco (type 3-4 in the morning) to avoid the hordes of tourists. The tour lasts all day If you have good physical preparation ask for your guide to "cut way" the track is much more beautiful and you arrive faster. But very well worth it! Beautiful walk, spectacular trail and the lagoon is stunning.

Amazing experience with breathtaking views. Jose and driver were very professional and we felt safe with them! Definitely would recommend this hike! It is a bit challenging but worth it! There are horses along the way that you can take for the hike up which made for a great experience. Dress in layers and bring your hiking sticks.

Going to the lagoon was beautiful, when climbing it was raining a little, the guide helped us a lot giving his emotional support and providing his knowledge and that made it exciting, the road is full of beautiful landscapes and you get to the lagoon you are a great surprise by the beauty it has.
