De kliffen van de landtong van Ponta da Piedade is een van de mooiste natuurlijke kenmerken van de Algarve. Deze dramatische kustlijn van kalksteen bestaat uit zuilen, fragiele rotsbogen en verborgen grotten, die allemaal zijn uitgehold door woeste winterstormen.
Lagos is een historische en karaktervolle stad die is gelegen aan de prachtige westelijke Algarve. Het is een stad met een rijk zeevarend erfgoed en een kustlijn met een dramatisch natuurlijk landschap, en vandaag is een van de mooiste vakantiebestemmingen van de Algarve. Gelukkig is Lagos niet bezweken aan het massatoerisme en heeft de stad nog steeds zijn onderscheidende karakter en charme behouden. Gevonden in het historische centrum is een trotse Portugese stad, met geplaveide straten, authentieke restaurants en een sfeer die ontspannen en gastvrij is.
Algar Seco Park is een netwerk van grotten, zwembaden en ongelooflijke rotsformaties, die zeker een bezoek waard zijn
Ooit was Carvoeiro slechts een typisch vissersdorp in de Algarve, genesteld in een vallei en geflankeerd door hoge kalkrotsen. Nu is het een populaire, steeds groter wordende badplaats. Dat gezegd hebbende, het strand is nog steeds het middelpunt van de stad en dit gebied heeft veel van zijn charme behouden. Witgekalkte villa's en huisjes met terracotta tegels klampen zich vast aan de kliffen en vormen een soort amfitheater met alle ogen gericht op Carvoeiro's belangrijkste troef: het strand.

Gabriel was fantastic, easy going & informative. He allowed for great conversations and took us to an awesome restaurant for lunch, honestly one of the best we had during our whole Portugal trip! We couldn’t have picked a better host too show us the Algarve.

This is a very nice tour! Pedro took us on an all day trip that included sandstone cliffs, caves , hiking and some shopping. We enjoyed lunch at a very good seaside restaurant. Pedro even gave our small group a sampler of local pastries to share. I would definitely recommend this tour. I would bring good walking shoes as you will be doing some walking.

Not only was pedro an amazing tour guide - he’s a fantastic photographer! 100/10 recommend booking with Pedro if you find yourself out in the Algarve area! He has incredible knowledge of the area and is so kind! We learnt so so much about Portugal on his tour and He captures so many amazing moments for you as well! His tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! We even ran into his partner Gabriel and he was also so friendly, knowledgeable and so funny! We had a large group of 7 and am very thankful we found Gabriel’s tour! He took us to the sights we otherwise wouldn’t have seen and explained anything we wanted to know about the Algarve area and the culture. Even though the weather was a bit rainy, Gabriel was still able to accommodate and show us the sights and the beautiful nature in a different light. Again, very glad to have done the tour with him. We now have unique and beautiful pictures and memories of our time in Faro!

What a pleasant surprise for us when our guide Gabriel greeted us outside our hotel in Faro. We instantly fell in love with his friendly personality and helpful manner. We knew we were in for a wonderful tour tailored to our needs. Gabriel loves people and being helpful. The sights were outstanding and Gabriel became our unofficial photographer for the day. We were thrilled not only to receive his photos the following day but, also a composite video memory of our day together.
