Ontdek de essentie van Rioja wijn tijdens deze exclusieve tour van Pamplona naar La Rioja, een van de meest prestigieuze wijngebieden van Spanje. Aan het eind van de 19e eeuw herkenden Bordeaux wijnmakers de ideale bodem en het ideale klimaat, waardoor de DOCa Rioja de belangrijkste denominatie van het land werd. Meer dan zeven uur lang geniet u van een ervaring met kleine groepen met hotelophaalservice en privévervoer. Bezoek twee (één in de optie Tweetalige groep) gerenommeerde wijnhuizen om meer te weten te komen over wijnbouw en wijnbouwtradities die teruggaan tot de Romeinse tijd, en neem deel aan begeleide proeverijen onder leiding van lokale experts. De reis gaat verder in Laguardia, een prachtig middeleeuws stadje omringd door wijngaarden, waar u door de geplaveide straatjes wandelt en geniet van pintxos gecombineerd met wijn. Great experience leaning about and tasting wine in the Rioja region. Great wine, friendly people. Having lunch in the medieval town of LaGuardia was outstanding!

Eider took us to two Rioja Alta wineries. Louis Cañas and Tritium. We also had a wonderful lunch in Laguardia. We travelled as a whole family and everyone was very accommodating to our teenagers who didn’t drink. We rode in a very comfortable van to/from Pamplona. Highly recommend!

We had a fabulous experience with tour guide Alby throughout the entirety of the tour. Alby did a great job coordinating our pickup directly with our hotel, and he kept the conversation and the music lively on our journey to each destination. We also seemed to benefit from the strong personal relationships he's developed with workers from our various stops, as they were eager to please him, which meant that we were very well taken care of throughout the entirety of the experience. While a winter winery tour wouldn't be for everyone, I would definitely say that this tour makes it well worth giving it a go if winter happens to be the only time you can get to Rioja.

This tour was amazing. The wine, food and company exceeded my expectations. I can not say enough about our tour guide Alby. He was helpful, fun and he went out of his way to make the tour a fantastic experience.

The wineries we visited were exceptional and very different from each other. Both were family operations. At one we got a full tour of the production process with views of some of their vineyards. At the other we had a winemaker lead us through the tasting. Both tastings included some terrific wines (and snacks). And then we enjoyed a lovely lunch at LaGuardia, a beautiful small walled city atop a hill near Logrono.
