De experts laten u de prachtige geheimen ontdekken van dit bos, wat een natuurlijk heiligdom is. Wandeling begint bij het receptiegebouw van Mistico Park. Wandelaars wandelen over een betonnen pad in een lus door het natuurlijke tropische woud in privé-eigendom, dicht bij de voet van de vulkaan Arenal.

There was a mix up at pickup when they picked up the wrong family. But they did come back and get us albeit an hour late. To be fair this is mainly fault of the other family who let themselves be taken on the wrong tour. For the trouble we were given a private tour guide, Edgar, who was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made the tour a great time. We saw spiders and frogs, lizards and monkeys, beautiful butterflies, caterpillars and birds. I would highly recommend Edgar as a guide
It was extremely nice until we finished. We had to wait 45 min for our transport back, which was pre-organised but we were not aware of. Then we went to the restaurant at the place there, to eat something whilst waiting but the staff were overwhelmed and busy perhaps under stuffed and were not responding at all towards our needs and therefore we left. We bought 4 packs of crisps and 3 sodas from the shop next door and paid 57usd for them !!!!!!!!!
Mistico Park is a natural park of wild flora and fauna, made up of various hanging bridges; what I liked most was taking the guided tour because the guide helps a lot to locate and explain the fauna and life of the tropical forest.

The experience was amazing the guide - Gabby - was amazing and she made the whole thing feel magic with her constant enthusiasm. It is a 2.5 h tour around a paved garden so you should wear sturdy trainers or walking boots but definitely nothing open toed because of the risk of snakes. The groups aren’t huge - I had about 10 - and it felt like just the right number. For me the guide took around a monoscope and took pictures on peoples phones for them so they would have a picture of the wildlife. She recommended that you use the flash wilts taking pictures but try not to use torches. This was an amazing activity and I would recommend for all wildlife enthusiasts

So much fun- worth it. Our tour guide Roberto F. was so knowledgeable. The rain even made it so much better as it was a literal rainforest - don’t let the rain deter you. The rain stopped halfway through tour so made it perfect blend!

My husband and two boys aged 8 and 11 had a wonderful morning with Jorge as our guide he was so patient with the boys and his ability to spot the wildlife hidden all around us was incredible he took pictures and videos of us crossing the bridge and made the whole experience really special.

An excellent experience if you like nature with plenty of birds, reptiles and mammals to keep you fully occupied. This tour would not have been half as good without our guide, Edgar, whose enthusiasm was matched by his extensive knowledge. The hanging bridges are also excellent and gives you sense you that you are in the clouds. A real winner.

The park was incredible, and the guide, José Raúl, was spectacular. Very friendly; he made our visit much more worthwhile. Do not miss this park if you go to Costa Rica.

One of our favorite experiences of the trip! We ended having our a private tour with Roberto F. as our guide. Incredibly passionate and knowledgeable, he was able to explain and show us things we would never have seen without a guide. He even shared his pictures with us.
