La Aurora International Airport was the perfect start and end to an unforgettable trip through Guatemala. From my arrival to my departure, I found a clean, organized, and easy-to-navigate airport. The duty-free prices for buying perfumes 👌🏼😉 The processes were swift, the staff was friendly, and I always found good signage, which made everything very simple. Although it is a small airport, it has everything necessary for a comfortable and stress-free experience. Paulo from Hunahpú Travel was waiting for us to take us to Antigua and kick off 5 days of wonderful experiences. The gateway to discover incredible places like Antigua, volcanoes, Lake Atitlán, and other wonderful destinations. See you soon, Guatemala!

My flight was slightly delayed but, even so, my car service was late by 30 minutes. The driver did not have a sign with my name. He just arrived asking people about my name. Then, he drove while texting the entire time. And then, finally, he missed the entrance to my hotel because he was not paying attention. So I had to point that out to him and he had to leave me on the sidewalk down the street and I walked to the hotel entrance. The only reason why I give it 2 stars is that I was able to reach the operator via WhatsApp and that person was responsive and communicative.

No transfer provided as arranged and paid. Driver never showed up. I use Viator quite often and this has been a very disappointing experience. I was left stranded.
I do apologize for this. We will proceed with your refund via PayPal. I know we are supposed to be there and not excuses for this.
No one came to pick me up I tried to chat with the driver and didn't get a response...I had to take a can instead
Driver was nice drove quickly and was waiting outside the airport as expected. Service was well worth the money and more secure than an uber🤝🏽
