TOUR PROGRAMMA: Ho Chi Minh City, beter bekend als Saigon, is een levendige stad met zijn oude en nieuwe architectuur. Deze stad heeft 10 miljoen inwoners en 7 miljoen scooters en biedt vele interessante bezienswaardigheden. Je gids haalt je op buiten de havenpoort (je gebruikt de shuttle van de haven om naar de toegangspoort van PHU MY PORT te gaan, onze gids zal je begroeten met je naam op Welcomed Board). Deze privétour omvat een comfortabel busje met airconditioning, flessenwater, toegangsprijzen, 20 minuten trishaw-rit door de stad. We zullen in principe de volgende activiteiten in de stad doen: - Bezoek Heavenly Lady Pagoda in Chinatown. - Lunch bij Pho 2000 Noedelsoep met Pho noedelsoep, loempia's en drankjes - Verken Ben Thanh Market. - Bezoek de workshop lakwerk - Bezoek War Remnants Museum. - Foto stopt bij Independence Palace, Notre Dame de Saigon, Central Post Office - Meer haltes op Saigon Square, Opera House, Rond de tour af en stuur je op tijd terug naar The Port (Flexible Time)

Great trip that I was able to customize. Lily picked me up and I explained to her that I wanted a more cultural experience rather than historic places. We saw the old apartment buildings where people still live, house with bunker as resident was a spy for North Vietnam, authentic coffee shop, a Tao Temple, the post office, flower market, and a local restaurant.
Fantastic from start to finish our guide felix was so informative and great fun. He made our trip a memorable one. Can't recommend enough

I had booked with Andy very easily after a recommendation from people that used the company before, unfortunately my cruise had to be cancelled after informing Andy he immediately asked for my details and refunded me immediately. What a great customer service experience, this was just before all the corona virus business happened. The service we got from Andy was absolutely exceptional, we booked 2 tours with Andy sadly we had to cancel both as our cruise ship the Norwegian Jade was unable to dock in Vietnam. Andy was the first to tell us about the problem, even when NCL were keeping us in the dark. He was unfailingly polite and courteous and gave us our money back instantly rare service these days. We booked 2 on shore tours with Andy: Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh. From the moment we made inquires to the last minute our ship cancelled, Andy was extremely helpful and responded really quick, he was really watching our itinerary to make sure whether we would dock or not. Our ship unfortunately cancelled the port calls in Vietnam and we could not do the the tours, he reimbursed us the deposit immediately as we learned we were not going to be able to dock. My experience talking to him and booking wise is that when I come back to Vietnam I will for sure use his services, he gave me more peace than the ship itself ... !
