De semafoon bevindt zich aan de linkerkant van de Exit Gate bij de Internationale Aankomsthal, na de Bagage Inzamelzone en het Douane Check Point. Aanvullende opmerking : Het is het beste om uw luchthavenvertegenwoordiger te zoeken bij de semafoon. De beste plek om te wachten is bij de informatiebalie. Terugkeerpunt : Kuala Lumpur of Malacca City Center Hotel

Easy instructions to meet our driver at airport, and the vehicle was more than suitable to fit all passengers and luggage.
Very friendly and well organised, and such a huge help to us after our flight was diverted due to a medical emergency.
The airport is huge. Directions for puck up may not be precise enough for an unfamiliar traveler. People are helpful and friendly but not very precise in directions.
Very nice experience. Clean car and safe driving. It was a very easy pick up and transfer in a new city.
Awesome driver, friendly, and great communicator. I was picked up,after 11 pm and I felt safe with my driver taking me to my hotel that was almost an hour away from the airport.
Driver was friendly and punctual, informing me via WhatsApp exactly where to meet him. And he eagerly responded to my many questions during the drive to the city.
Great experience! Our flight was delayed, Indran communicated prior to our departure and connected thru WhatsApp. He waited patiently for us and took us to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you Indran!
Overall not a bad airport with ample dining facilities and shopping experiences. But it beggars believe that an international airport would be fitted out with plastic plants - really? Compare that to the fabulous a Singapore Changi airport that one does not want to leave - the best airport in the world with the Kuala Lumpur far, far behind!

Was expecting the driver to be waiting with a sign with my name on it. Instead, had to wait 15 minutes after I messaged him that we had our luggage. We had to drag our luggage across the street when he eventually pulled up. Taking a taxi would have been faster after a long international trip.
