WOW! Amazing communication, and the experience getting through customs, luggage, and to the car was absolutely as easy as it could be. BUT WAIT, there’s more… I was so distracted when we reached Malacca that I left my I-phone/wallet in the car. Our driver Fauzi brought it back to the hotel (in super busy Friday traffic!) just as I realized it was gone and was panicking. Seriously, he saved our holiday. We booked this transfer to bring us from KLIA to Malacca and the service was excellent. The communication with the provider was very easy and once in the airport it was also very easy to communicate with the driver. We had a delay in the flight and the driver was waiting for us with patience. The drive was in a very comfortable van and very smooth. I would definitely recommend to book this for your private transfer from the airport.
