De tour omvat het bezoek aan Krka Nationaal Park en de oude stad van Zadar vanaf, en terug naar Zadar. Krka Nationaal Park is een van de 8 Kroatische Nationale parken en 1 van de 2 meest populaire (samen met Plitvice Meren). Wat het uniek maakt is de verbluffende schoonheid van de ongerepte natuur en de Watervallen met de langste travertijnbarrière van Europa. De educatieve weg van 2 km lang gaat door het park en elke stap van de weg is vol natuurschoon. Zadar oude stad is een van de best bewaarde oude Romeinse steden in de Adriatische Zee. Dit romantische stadscentrum met mediterrane vibe geeft veel meer dan mooie bezienswaardigheden om te zien. Het zit vol verhalen uit het verleden die zich schuilhouden in de muren en architectonische rust. Het ontdekken van de verborgen pareltjes en verhalen uit het verleden is echt een unieke ervaring. Nationaal park Krka is een van de 8 nationale parken in Kroatië en omvat prachtige intacte natuur, educatieve wegen en veel watervallen. We komen bij de hoofdingang van het park (Skradinski buk - ulaz Lozovac) waar je vanaf de bovenkant het park kunt betreden. De educatieve weg waar je doorheen gaat is 2 km lang en zit vol met prachtige landschappen. Door het park gaan is ontspannend en je hebt genoeg tijd om alles te zien. Neem gewoon zoveel mee als je nodig hebt om foto's te maken, van de natuur te genieten en de educatieve borden te lezen. Ook de pauze voor de maaltijd, het kopen van de souvenirs en het toilet kan worden genomen in het etno-dorp midden in het park, naast de watervallen. Na de pauze kunt u doorgaan naar dezelfde plek waar u vandaan kwam. De wegen zijn goed aangegeven en er is maar 1 richting. Als u hulp nodig heeft, kunt u altijd uw chauffeursgids bellen die u kan helpen met alle informatie.
Na een bezoek aan de prachtige Krka watervallen keren we terug naar de oude stad van Zadar voor een wandeltocht in het oude Romeinse stadscentrum. Het is inclusief een wandeling in een van de best bewaarde Romeinse steden in de Adriatische Zee onder leiding van een lokale gids, uw chauffeursgids.

George was fabulous!! He promptly arrived at our ship's port and helped us move through the Krka National Park to see all the highlights. He provided keen insights and great history. Once we were done with the national park, he offered options for the remainder of our time. We chose to visit the sea organ and walk around Zadar, Croatia. What an awesome experience! Along the way, he stopped to show the Roman ruins and discuss the background of the nearby the ruins. He also patiently waited while we did a bit of shopping in the city. I highly recommend you book your time with George!
Jurica was an excellent tour guide who really knew his Croatian history and was very proud of his country. He was very flexible and even gave us time to get some snacks in a local store. Krka National Park was an amazing experience, and we learned many interesting facts from Jurica including the fact this was the location of the first hydroelectric power plant along with Niagara Falls. He also showed us the remaining Roman ruins in Zadar which was very interesting.
This was an excellent tour and one of the highlights of our trip. The.Krkr waterfalls are a must see and shouldn't be missed. They are magnificent.Juric our guide was excellent and also showed us the old city in Zadar.
We had the BEST day with Jure!! Pick up at our cruise port was on time, our transportation was comfortable and clean. We set off for Krka Falls and on our drive he shared his vast knowledge and love for his home!! The falls were absolutely stunning and Jure helped us capture amazing pictures!! After, we toured the town of Zadar where again Jure shared stories and fun stops… the stair piano by the water is incredible!! Last, he took us to a wonderful local restaurant where we had a fabulous meal, local wine & beer, and wonderful conversation! We would choose Jure every time for any tour!!
We loved the entire day we spent with Jure! He was right there waiting for us when we exited the ship. He brought us to his car, which was cooled down on that hot day. Much appreciated! He shared such wonderful history and information about Kadar as he drove - which we loved (excellent driver too - felt very safe). He took us to the Krka Falls and it was so great having our own knowledgeable tour guide the entire time. He was so fun to be with - very accommodating and he made sure we got to see and do all that we wanted. He even spent extra time with us as we were having such a great time! We got to see the Sea Organ and other things in the town. Jure is delightful and excellent on all accounts. Loved meeting him and recommend him highly!
Beautiful scenery wonderful waterfalls. Lots and lots of stairs both up and down and quite a bit more walking than advertised. Decent drive from the port. If you are on limited time and have any trouble with lots of walking this is not recommended. Guide was always in a rush to get get to the next thing and made it uncomfortable. He was plenty nice just not accommodating for people with issues walking at a brisk pace.

Jure did a great job on our tour to Krka. He met us right by our ship, had a very comfortable van as there were 6 of us. Krka was very beautiful. We did a short hike there; Jute is very knowledgeable and took us for a walking tour of Zadar afterwards, which was very interesting.
I highly recommend visiting this amazing place with Jure! This was our first time visiting Croatia, so we wanted someone who is professional and experienced. Trip was just amazing! Jure was kind and he told us so many interesting things about this area and Croatia in general.

We took a trip to the Krka waterfalls and it was amazing! The water is crystal clear and the nature is pristine. The trip was organized perfectly and we recommend it to everyone!
