De zoutmijn van Bochnia: een uniek ondergronds avontuur Ontdek de zoutmijn van Bochnia, een van de oudste ter wereld, die dateert uit 1248. Geniet van unieke expedities, waaronder een spannende boottocht door overstroomde gangen en een mijntreinreis door doolhofachtige tunnels. Verken een interactief museum dat de geschiedenis van zoutwinning laat zien. De mijn heeft prachtig versierde kapellen, zoals de St. Kinga-kapel, waar missen en concerten worden gehouden. Hotel Pick Up en Transfer van Krakau: Onze professionele chauffeur brengt u naar de Bochnia zoutmijn. De afstand is 40 km en duurt meestal ongeveer een uur om af te leggen. Tijdens de reis beantwoordt de chauffeur graag uw vragen en deelt hij interessante feiten over Krakau.
Bezoek aan de zoutmijn: Tijdens de 4 uur durende rondleiding met audiogids leert u veel interessante feiten over de zoutmijn, kunt u onvergetelijke foto's maken en een ritje maken in de oudste mijnlift.
Ondergrondse boot- en treinexpeditie : Tijdens de tour is de prijs inclusief een ondergrondse bootoversteek met vlotters en een treinrit. Het wordt een mooi moment voor jou en je vrienden.

Very interesting experience! They came to pick us up and brought us back to the hotel in Krakow (Mr. Olaf; Number 1) The Mine was a wonderful surprise both for what it represents and for how it has been made accessible to tourism with interactivity and evocative trips by train and boat. Between the trip and the mine tour, about 6 hours passed. Experiences that I recommend to everyone. In the mine, it is almost always 15 degrees, and if you wear long pants, it will be possible to do a very fun slide attraction of about 100 meters.

The tour was interesting with a very knowledgeable guide. Would have preferred a speaking guide rather than an audio guide. However once booked was unable to access information from Expedia about the trip and was told I would get a time and location by 8pm day before for pick up and didn’t receive this I had to contact them at 9pm. Unlike other providers I wasn’t given a vehicle registration or name of driver etc.
Interesting tour. Lots of information presented in various mediums, such as video exhibits, artifacts, and tour guide interaction. The option for pick up right at your hotel is wonderful. The short train and boat rides are really fun. My only caution is for those people with limited mobility. There is quite a lot of walking, standing, and stair climbing.
