Great experience. The driver actually picked us up at our hotel next to the old section of Krakow. The tour of old town Krakow was informative and covered a lot of ground. Highly recommend.

The guide was great. Very informative however there are a lot of other options available at a cheaper price. I was surprised how many were available on the street without needing a booking.
It was wonderful! We had a large group and sitting in one cart would have been tight. The driver quickly called another cart to accommodate us and it was great that they stayed together the whole time so we could enjoy it all together. You'll see everything! Definitely recommend this way to see the Old Town and surrounding area highlights.
In a very competitive market we were bombarded with operators trying to sell us tours of krakow, the Jewish district in particular. Prices were quite wide ranging from 400 zloty for a whole tour covering three districts, 360 zloty for one district only, etc. A minefield! We eventually were approached by a guy called Vlad who was parked up at the crossroads half way down Grodzka Street. We got what we wanted for 200 zloty with the promise we would do the tour the following day. We were given a buggy for just the two of us, we were driven by Sarah, a most informative and considerate guide who gave us great insights into the history of krakow. We had a very pleasant couple of hours on a very hot day. Can we thank both Vlad and Sarah for being such lovely people to deal with. They are great ambassadors for krakow!
Great way to see the major places of interest and get a feel for where you want to go. All while sitting down! We pre booked and our guide Matthew was friendly and very informative. We were also able to ring and confirm the pick up location which was helpful.
